Innovative solutions for agility and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Fourkites makes us part of its design team; we all can collaborate and express our innovative ideas that eventually become a reality and a helpful resource for our teams and other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as customizable as desired, the speed to making changes can sometimes be less than ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking visibility, carriers service improvement, less manual and paper-based process.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the level of engagement, from C-Level on down. The whole team has been very professional, collaborative, and very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The FourKites team and the product are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked visibility to our inbound shipments further upstream. FourKites affords us the data, flexibility, and agility that we never had before.

Solutions are great to use and agility to use and support on custom requests

Nothing for now , need to expand on other solution modes - Digitalization - E-Documents, TMS Optimal capabilities etc.

Easy to copy and paste a load's ID and find its ETA

Sometimes, some loads don't have ETAs available. Inconsistent tracking sometimes

I like that FourKites allows you a seamless way to track drivers.

I dislike that FourKites has two separate apps, which could become confusing.

I haven't faced any problems myself. I do see great benefits in being able to see the progress of a load pickup or delivery.

I like everything about FourKites, especially the tracking.

We are cutting down on missed loads because we can see where the trucks are at for pick-ups and deliveries.

I would recommend getting certified so you can better use and understand the tool.
Spectacular!!! It has allowed us to bet on our own delivery service.
What do you like best about the product?
I am part of an organization made up of several offices in different locations, which brings the need to ship material, resources between branches, and products to customers. This tool has helped us create our delivery service and take complete control of the logistics processes from our headquarters. Its interface is quite intuitive for pleasant navigation; everything is very well organized within FourKites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a somewhat steep learning cave, but at the same time, it has an excellent knowledge base and an excellent support team; it takes little time to overcome such a learning cave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FourKites represents security and efficiency in performing shipment logistics, obtain all shipment data (from the person in charge and contact information to the route to travel) and track its status in detail until it reaches its destination and respective delivery. How nice it is. Its interface makes navigation and usability more pleasant. It has been an excellent decision to be able to bet and have our delivery service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a service that I would not hesitate to recommend; it combines security and efficiency in terms of control of shipments from when they leave the organization until they reach their destination.
Easy to Navigate and Track Carrier Shipments
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the easiability navigating through the system. The format is clear and consice. The training provided helped with understanding various features, such as IM with carriers in realtime, ability to track shipments via a hyperlink that can be sent to various individuals to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked some of the images in the training modules, they were hard to see the details because it was small and a little blurry. After completion of the FourKites certification, I did not receive my certification badge for my email signature, even though it stated it was attached to the certification email. I copied and pasted it from a co-worker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FourKites allows me to see in realtime where the driver is traveling and if they are sitting. Also, I really like the way they captured weather related issues on the map within the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
FourKites is a concise software for tracking carrier shipments. I recommend their service, they ensure each user is trained and certified to use their software.
Very simple to use and very natural to handle

Its simplicity and that its use is natural. I didn't notice any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the option to load it on the phone to be simpler.

We were able to follow the truck from start to finish. This allows us to have a clear understanding of delivery times and tracking.

It is very easy to use. I recommend it.
