What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. nothing else to say
What do you dislike about the product?
unable to update tracking position which is sometime a problem. All drivers do not want to use them own cell phone... even if it is hard to understand for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we satisfy the request of customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time tracking and encrypted links are the most useful features, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disconnect with some carriers often gets in the way. Once this is solved and tracking consistency is good, FourKites will be exponentially more beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some tracking inconsistency and infrequent pings, leading to incorrect ETA's. This is generally the carrier's fault, but it would be helpful if FourKites was able to ensure compliance.

Being able to check load locations and ETA's in real-time is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
Cutting back on check calls. Having live visibility on a truck can be very helpful in up to the minute updates without having to disturb drivers. Setting carrier up on the PartnerHub platform has also helped in this process by not needing to contact drivers. Allows for a seamless integration with their Tracking service or ELDs.
What do you dislike about the product?
How easily it is for driver's to make changes in the app, like marking loads delivered on accident and other things that cause the tracking to stop or be inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing visibility for customers while reducing time spent making check calls. We have realized the benefits of having constant visibility on our shipments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Focus on the PartnerHub integration. It is the easiest way to track shipments without having to coach drivers through using an app that does experience problems from time to time.

What do you like best about the product?
FourKites makes it easy to search loads, read tracking information & diagnose load issues. We use it on a daily basis and have many customers who require using it. It has become a staple in improving functions in our organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the overall load status screen can feel overwhelming because we manage a lot of freight, but I don't spend much time there. The site otherwise makes everything really easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our compliance reach the highest level it's ever been. It helps us stay on top of of our sales reps and helps identify trends to maintain compliance, not just achieve an acceptable level once.

Unique tool for better real-time insights

What do you like best about the product?
Fourkites have covered the 360 degrees of my daily work routine, through its platform I have the full idea about the sipping of my important products I know when I am going to receive them thus it helps me to track the shipments and also keeps me up to data by providing the push notification about the recent activities. This tool has reduced the excessive manual work and manual tracking via phone calls but now Fourkites provides me clear information about the freight status with constant communication and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to get started, I must say that it is not so user friendly only professionals can handle this tool to their best also its configuration is not easy. Further while managing the routes this software usually gets slow which is very irritating and usually we have to repeat the process again from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the largest and most professional platforms where one can get information about the current network of transportation assets. This tool provides me end to end tracking of the sourcing to final delivery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will like to recommend this tool to the large business set ups and those who do the shipment in bulk. This tool will help you to keep the track your various carriers and you can chalk out the best possible route as well.

FourKites as the best tool for visibility

What do you like best about the product?
FourKites provides real-time tracking for the company's shipments. By using this platform, the company knows when to expect everything without having to waste time calling others to know the ETA. It also helps with KPIs and to keep a more organized view of the monthly movement of materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything I disliked about FourKites. The platform has rules about shipment delivery that kind of limits the flexibility of when to deliver depending on office hours if you want your shipment to be tracked succesfully but I think those rules are for the best interest of everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of shipments. Being able to see where all trucks are and every other information by just entering the platform is very useful.

I did not remember seeing some of the information that was asked in the training course.

I am using FourKites to monitor on-time performance from my carriers.

There is a lot of information you can compile using FourKites. It will take practice and daily use to better understand it's capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't use the platform daily like some team members so rather than the tech itself, I'll call out the wonderful employees at FourKites. We have had two Customer Success Managers and both have been a delight to work with. They are attentive to our needs, quick to answer emails and truly seem to care about us as a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had asked more questions during the onboard but the Knowledge Base is helpful when I do find time to explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use the platform for real time tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask a lot of questions during the onboard so you don't miss out on any areas of the platform.
