Solid Platform, Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
They assign a customer service manager to each account and they are very diligent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be tough to diagnose issues with connections on the carriers end
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Late arrivals causing backups at pickup and delivery warehouses, with accurate data and buy in from the carriers we will be able to load and unload drivers faster based on their estimated arrival times.

What do you like best about the product?
The load tracking portal is easy to use and manipulate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rich information found in the portal is somewhat disconnected or lagging with what we are seeing and using internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better, easier and faster response to customer inquiry wanting to know when their PO will arrive.

Users and community helping design the platform for easier use.

Support is usually a day behind the questions

Rescheduleing loads with customers prior to failure. Customer and shipper communications have increased dramatically
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go all in when you start, don't make it a "side project" Have IT resources dedicated and transportation teams pushing hard to get carrier compliance. you will only get out of the platform what you put in it.

Total logistics chain visibility, Flexibility on Negotiations, Straight forward analysis of problems and solutions offered

In fact at this point I do not dislike anything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of goods, reduction on dwelling time , and reduction of Detention

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Fourkites is that the data is visible and exportable in user friendly formats. Fourkites presents information in preset graphs and charts that show the most used statistics while also allowing the user to export their data in multiple file types to get any other information that they would like to see. This can also be setup as reports that the site will automatically email you at regular intervals. Having this information and the user friendly format allows me to present the information clearly and accurately to people within our organization who make decisions.
Fourkites integrates well with SAP, reducing the amount of manual work for both our employees and our carriers.
Last, but not least, the Fourkites company is super helpful anytime I need help with errors or just asking how to do something new. They also have a very nice Knowledge Base where I can often find the answers (and other options) for myself.

What do you dislike about the product?
Fourkites data is only as good as the data that they receive from the carrier. This means that if the carrier isn't giving good information (or isn't giving information) then we aren't able to make the best decision. Fourkites helps with this by contacting the carriers for us and helping them work through the technical difficulties and learning curves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Fourkites to help with several different situations. Primarily, they are helping our load trackers to be more efficient, however, the data information that we receive helps with decisions in other areas of our transportation department.
Great Customer Focus!
What do you like best about the product?
The focus that FourKites places on customer needs is something I have never experienced with any of the other systems I have administrated. Their commitment to customer-led innovation provides tremendous value to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smaller carrier integration slower than we'd like, but we hope that as this technology becomes more expected by all carriers this will improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to inform our customers of delays that may impact their production schedules. Enough lead-time allows them to adjust accordingly. We are also able to react to possible delays and allow us to take action that increase fine avoidance.
Great Platform

The ability to track shipments within our network.

The difference in intergration between carriers of the same mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know do not need to relay solely on our carriers to get back to us. We can simply imput a tracking number and find the most recent update.
Powerful, Innovative and Friendly platform for visibility
What do you like best about the product?
It can connect with almost all GPS providers, so we can track almost all our carriers.
The implementation team and now the customer success teams are incredible valuable and supportive, we feel always accompanied while progressing in our journey.
Platform is so friendly and easy of use, despite training is always recommended, with simple surfing in the software you can use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the time to integrate a new carrier could take more time than expected. The support for Mexico / LATAM could improve by using native language staff to eliminate communication gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don´t have or own fleet to move our products to customers, instead we use +100 carriers, some of them dedicated. When we needed to check the status of a single delivery, we had to go first to find the carrier who is moving the load, then communicate with carrier and sometimes carrier called driver before we get the real status of the load (even then, we could be told something innacurate). Through fourkites, we have been able to track, visualize and follow-up deliveries in no time, zero effort and accurate. Our response time for internal and external customers has incredible improved. Now we are exploring the opttion to share the access to our customers to give them the Amazon kind information directly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support pre, during and after implementation is simply great! The internal structure, processes and current know-how is admirable. Consider this when selecting the solution, not only pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customization of the data. Ability to feed the data into our own platform for ease of use to our customers. Support is very helpful and quick to respond to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking is reliant on carrier assignment. Tracking broker shipments is difficult and trying to find solutions for our carriers to track more consistently has been a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are giving our customers greater visibility into where their shipments are. We are solving late shipment issues proactively and increasing communication with our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure carriers are aware that FourKites will be reaching out to them when you are onboarding carriers. Provide the teams that will use FourKites with regular updates on the progress of integration/implementation for easier transition into the company.

In limited cases there are challenges leveraging all of the data and consuming
