What do you like best about the product?
amazing product and the market share is critical for continued growth and innovation for visibility as a whole!
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking labor burden has been reduced and customer satisfaction and internal brand image are much better.

The team answers questions quickly and helps explain how the platform works for both our team and our carriers/drivers

Still working with our contact to get an easy and clear package to sent to prospective carriers to have linked to the platform - work in progress at the moment

Still working with our contact to get an easy and clear package to sent to prospective carriers to have linked to the platform - work in progress at the moment.
When our carriers use properly, it makes tracking much less time consuming

Great product with an awesome support network!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see where our drivers are at any time of the day. I also like seeing the FourKites estimated ETA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the export functions aren't user friendly. The information is great, but the way it's formatted in excel isn't fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're finding that the dates, and transit times, on our loads are not accurate. We're also finding locations that are cutting stops in our TMS, but not actually removing them from the loads. This causes us to provide inaccurate information to the customers. We're telling them that we have product to deliver to them, but then it's never delivered because the stop was cut, but not removed from the load.

Not related to the platform but onboarding some carriers was challenging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to FourKites, our tracking was done manually. FourKites provided a solution to track all three modes Rail, Ocean and Truck

What do you like best about the product?
While FourKites has a best of breed product that all shippers could benefit, the implementation journey and continuing support model is world class! This hands down was the easiest software implementation I have ever been a part of. Furthermore, the Customer Support model after implementation is outstanding. The company’s dedication of constant product improvement is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What ever you dislike at the moment you get to discuss with your customer success manager. That drives product improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shipment visibility. We never had real time visibility before FourKites.

Tracking shipments for stores to enable the better planning of labor. Way more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that customer service working right away. Have question? You ask and recieve an answer very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform is still developing. But it's very rapid growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online freight tracking is very important for me. Understand when exactly in departed and arrived to the facility. This helps a lot to work with clients and have facts with time and geo stamps.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the incredible amount of data and information available within the system
What do you dislike about the product?
As a consultant, my biggest issue is articulating the real value of a tool like FourKites and getting executive buy-in. As I'm not a user, I don't have specific system dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End-to-end transportation visibility, both upstream and downstream

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is the willingness for the Customer Success team to work with you and help adapt the tools provided to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only current drawback I am seeing is that reporting is only provided in UTC and not stop local time. The FourKites team is working on this aspect for my business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detention and dwell has been my primary problem that FourKites is assisting with. Other departments are utilizing the real-time tracking.
