Its very nice and couldn't ask better than this training modules.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, fast, complete visible and reliable tracking updates delivers by Fourkites that makes far better than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find anything so far which i felt not worthy.

end to end tracking updates with live notification until the load is get delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
Insights and analytics, FourKites provides fantastic in-platform reporting. The reporting function will allow us to improve our detention tracking, carrier compliance reviews, sustainability, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website has a somewhat confusing layout - it is very difficult for a new user to use without in-depth training. There's a lot of information thrown at the user right off the bat and learning to sift through it to find what you're looking for can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first major benefit is allowing us to provide better, faster, and more accurate tracking data to our customers. Secondly we are beginning a large-scale detention project utilizing the detention dashboard that will allow us to cut detention costs down. Lastly we have made multiple divisions workday simpler as we now have a one stop shop to answer all questions about transportation.

FourKites has been a great resource for our business to ensure real-time updates can be provided to our customers whenever needed

Delayed updates to our customers, holding carrier’s to achievable KPIs
The best tracking app ever
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking system, how the updates are shown, the ETAs, the different status that we have during transit, the last updates history, the multiple options that have for tracking a load . The easy it is for setting up a driver on the app and have him tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection got lost but nothing that a call can not fix, sometimes the PUs and DEls are not catched by the tracking until driver puts the time manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved our tracking and have been able to catch delays faster, ETAs for PUs and DELs, also to have a more consistent tracking during transit times
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fourkites will be the b est partner when tracking your trucks or loads, is definetly a MUST withing your tracking tools, it will get your tracing department a more efficient and amazing one, also this will add a great value to your customer service skills since you will be able to provide updates in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It´s amazing the amount of information we gather in our day-day operation, and how well Fourkites combine it and makes it available to their customers to track, not only the goods, but also the performance of all teams involved.
New carriers are being integrated with minimal effort and cero cost to them.
There are other regions and areas in our company that are evaluating the implementation of this tool to their processes.
the communication and interactions with our Customer Success Manager is great and she is allways available to help us in any way.
Ana has made our implementation very smooth and she can speak multiple languages which makes the communitacion great and easy with our Global team, our local team, Carriers and training with employees.
She also knows pretty much everything on the tool, but knows well when and who to ask looking at the issue in a more holistical way
During this pandemic (COVID-19) we continued with the communication as usual and showed flexible on the times, since the operation never stop.

some functionalities are being deployed in other countries before us, but I know we will eventually get them.
Even when having a good tracking, there are some oportunities when it comes to have a good guide on how to troubleshoot from the carrier perspective.
Not all carriers are used to have this tools and sometimes they require a more personal call.

have a clean master data and make your carriers and team o be commited to the project. Fourkites made it very easy deffining a specific team to different aspects of implementation, and with a weekly meeting we had the chance to tackle the issues promplty.
The tool is awesome, but you really need to be behind the carriers and the team to make the project work
Fourkites provides enough information to show you what can be improved and also suggest the best way to fix it

Great tool for my daily job in logistics
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great to have a pretty organized and personalized dashboard with all the loads I need to see quickly, and the drivers I have worked with seem to understand the Carrier Link app very quickly as well, so it is not hard to get them to use it and share their location with every load I assign to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I just dislike how I have to log in a lot of times in the mobile app and the password cannot be saved, which is kind of frustrating when I’m in a hurry and I need to see something quick in my phone or if I’m on a phone call with the client and I don’t have my computer at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker responses for my clients about the current status of their loads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient with the app as it unfolds all the things you need as you go and check it. Also be patient with drivers for them to use CarrierLink and take the time to explain why is it good for them to have it.

It was very detailed on the majority of topics. Description and diagrams were very useful.

A couple times it seemed duplicated on the filter portion

Yes as it is very easy to use and User friendly. The information provided in the training module is very detailed. knowing where your trucks are at all times ETA, if they are late for pick up.
