Exceptional Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and effectiveness of the website. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 15 minutes interval too long for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure info is accurate. It is cool to see when the driver has arrived and left the shipper.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see where a load is on the map and be able to give customers how many miles the driver is away from their location. Additionally the ability for the software to include traffic and weather into the etas is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when if a driver skips a stop that it shows auto delivery and does not update when they actually make the delivery. Additionally there are too many filters. Locations not being transmitting in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of calling dispatch multiple times a day we can now look the information up. This allows the customer to receive information faster and enhances their overall experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the training's that are offered to you and it will allow you to do pretty amazing this with this software.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user-friendly website, easy to understand and navigate. Due to I'm very curious I learned all by myself and it wasn't very difficult. I was assigned to be a "key user role" and I'm in charge of teaching other team members, We're all very expectant to see what's coming next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to customize web design (colors, fonts, etc).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was used to asking my supplier where the trucks are vía Whatsapp because I was not able to see it by myself so there was no assertiveness with the arriving hours to distribution centers or client warehouses all over the country. Now, I've got real-time tracking access and Fourkites has made my work so much easier and fun.
I've been working on the implementation process with all of my suppliers and has been challenging but very rewarding at the same time.

Go for it, there are so many advantages and you will not regret anything

No contact tracking 24hrs a day. Love IT

Nothing at all. It's great!! So happy :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our carrier has zero customer service skills and now I don't have to bother them with where our order is or an ETA. Really, I love this software!!

Tired of asking carrier questions with a long wait...use FourKites!!
Good and Bad, but mostly good
What do you like best about the product?
When it works great- it is extremely useful to be able to just check that instead of calling drivers while they are on the road. It definitely is a safer option for drivers so that they aren't constantly on the phone. It would be great to implement this on a device placed directly onto the product for tracking, vs, the drivers cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a broker, its hard to force drivers/carriers to download an app on their phone. Also, whenever there is spotty service the appt wont begin tracking. There has been geofence issues, which has been beginning to resolve, but it does cause issues with loading/emptying out a load when its not true.
It takes a lot of time out of our day to teach every driver to download and use the app. I have 4 team members who must use Fourkites for their customers, and about 20% of their day is now Fourkite related.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great to find out if a driver is actually where they say that they are... we can see almost immediately if a driver is telling the truth or not on his location. When it is working properly with the geofence, its great to be able to see in/out times at the facilities right away.

4Kites helps to streamline tracking in the visibility era

4Kites does have some undesirable features, such as allowing a driver to "deliver out the load", even when they are not pinging within the destination Geofence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhanced visibility with TNT.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review all loads to ensure consistent tracking.
Fourkites is an excellent tool for tracking freight.
What do you like best about the product?
As of now one of the main uses I have for Fourkites is when an order has more than one freight company. Fourkites makes it easy to track the freight from the moment it picks up from the factory, to the moment it is sent to the second freight carrier, to the moment it delivers to our doorstep.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we would request is the eventual ability to see all of Gensco’s masterloads/BOLS. This would make it easy to follow the freight the entire time, rather than only being able to gain an estimate on when the freight picks up and will be delivering to the destination carrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My occupation at Gensco is “Commercial Logistics Tracking Coordinator.” This entails tracking up to 100+ line items of freight and forwarding updates to customers daily. This tool makes it more transparent to put together a tracking update for my customers.
An awesome tool that simplifies the way I manage product flow.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of FourKites is it's simplicity. When i log in, all of our key shipments and tracking information is in plane site. No longer do i have to place undue responsibility on our rep with the constant follow up, but it gives me the ability to follow up when I want, as often as I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well overall i really love the site and there isn't much to improve on. However, when specifically searching an ASN, sometimes it doesn't pick them up and stops the search. However, since most of our orders are on the main screen, all I have to do is scroll to find the ASN in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oh my goodness, all sorts of problems! I'll start with time management. I save so much time being able to see where my shipments are in real time. No more time wasted on my end or on the end of my rep Angie Rakers, who is amazing I might add. This site also helps me keep all required parties well informed with the right information at the right time, readily available.

not having a message when a driver becomes non consistent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our biggest customers is moving towards 85%-90% consistency we must continue pushing our network to achieve this number in order to gain new business and keep what we already have
Recommendations to others considering the product:
dig into it with the best of your ability and on board as many ELD carriers as you can to make tracking seamless
I feel this tool is value added.
