Very Helpful Information
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can track and trace loads in real time. This is an amazing tool that has helped the trucking industry immensely! I also go to FourKites to verify to my information about truck loads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything I dislike about FourKites. The only thing is I wish all trucking companies were on FourKites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find FourKites most helpful when I get to know where my truck load is. Most of the time Carriers lie about where they are but FourKites verifies the truth.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the in transit updates and data that FourKites provides is helpful insight for business decisions. I also like the reporting functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
That carriers still have control on what 4Kites has as far as information. There are still 20-30% of loads that are not trackable in 4Kites due to this issue. I also think the reporting functionality should have more automation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and Tracing loads that are important to arriving on time for our customers. We are also able to streamline the entire process using the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend others to use this product to implement into their business needs if they require track and trace options.

What do you like best about the product?
Have access to tracking the information updated. All the detail that we can find in any module, specially, we have the information that the final customer ask for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of screens that makes a little bit confusing, maybe some tiles in a dashboard more minimalist, could help but generally all the information is great and sustancial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, many of the delivery times have been shortened and as a customer service agent, I can provide details of where the cargo is and an estimated arrival time.

Actually, just be open to information and lose your fear of the application / page, since everything is very intuitive
Great Site, Great Use
What do you like best about the product?
This site gives very up to date tracking for all loads so that DCs can better priorities their loading schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have for this site is the lack of ocean container updates. This isn't as informative as the tracking for the truckloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been very beneficial with letting customers know when a specific product will be here or in informing PO planners on when to push out estimated delivery dates on incoming product.
Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Most of our shippers use FourKites for tracking. By integrating our app with FourKites we don't have to persuade our carriers to do any additional work, and with so many shippers on FourKites already they have a familiar portal to monitor progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding instances where location pings are coming from two different sources (driver location ping and dispatcher location ping) which is causing issues with tracking, but I'm not certain this is an issue on FourKites end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing visibility to our customers in a familiar portal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Getting the monthly compliance update in a spreadsheet is helpful. I can cross reference the information with my shipper's information to confirm data alignment.
Great transportation visibility tool for companies of all size
What do you like best about the product?
I like the countless tracking tools for trucks, rail, ocean, air and parcel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site was down more than I would have liked and the graphs and charts would sometimes not display properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to better predict the arrival and departure of product, as well as more accurately plan for future deliveries.

Carrier GPS continuous to run even after deliveries. sometimes they have delivered and its still tracking as not at consignee yet

Due diligence with carrier email and follow ups. Helps keep the loads delivered in time.

Great tool. Must explore and could find great benefits for business.

What do you like best about the product?
the obvious ability to be able to track loads, but the ease of knowing exactly where the truck is, ETA to drop, constant 15-20 minute interval updates of truck location allowing us to know if truck is stopped or in transit.
What do you dislike about the product?
not sure if driver hours of service are available, but if they are not that would be tremendous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deterring carrier deceit, and saving layover, or detention fees.
