Tracking and Delivery Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
Sending RTA delivery alerts to customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Filters on dashboard don't often work as intended

Allows customers to know when shipments are expected or the delivery time changes
Tracking is made easy with Fourkites
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to sign into my account and find a load for tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters are not user friendly when trying to find a specific load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of going with Ocean Tracking for our Hawaii locations, FourKites is helping solve the issues to make this an easy addition to our tracking.

Ease of use, mapping capabilities, real-time location updates, and the responsiveness of the team behind the application

The search filters can sometimes be cumbersome and will over filter out critical information.

We partner with Four Kites to consolidate data for external customers for visibility into both inventory positions and real time tracking. The partnership with Four Kites has provided our user community with the visibility they need to understand disruption throughout their network and make informed decisions based on data
Real Time Focus in Dispersed Times
What do you like best about the product?
In a time where working remote is the new norm, being able to coordinate a team to focus more on exceptions through Fourkites tracking has been a drastic time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notification abilities with the data could become more dynamic in order to impact a more diverse set of issues that Shippers and Receivers experience on a day to day basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to scale by providing real-time tracking and forcing status updates to our system while also filtering out the exceptions which might require a deeper dive for my team to analyze.
Great Tool for Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
FourKites has been instrumental in our tracking process since implementation. It has allowed our dispatch team to get live updates on their loads, especially for high-visibility customers. Having them log in and search for a load has drastically cut down on wait time from carrier responses and has allowed them to be self sufficient regarding their load updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Carrier buy-in has been a challenge at times. It can be frustrating to search a load only to find it is not tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Load visibility is our biggest. We rely on FourKites to gain insights on possible delays, estimated arrival times, and detention approvals.
Visibility is Key
What do you like best about the product?
Fourkites is an excellent transportation visibility platform, which has assisted us greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
FourKites visibility is not always 100% and can sometimes lead to increased questions.

FourKites is solving our transportation visibility problems, which benefits us by allowing us visibility on transportation.
Great User Experience when Tracking Loads
What do you like best about the product?
FourKites provides an excellent tool for tracking Loads. It's innovative and developments are based on Customer needs.

There are some challenges with Trucks departing the DC

FourKites provides excellent tracking of 90+% of our loads

The dependency on carrier data vs what our partners are showing is much more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning the best way to navigate the UI. Would like it to be easier to access the data.

Forecasting updates. IDS details. Whats on the truck? Getting Sales off my back.
Track your shipments and stay informed about them at all times
What do you like best about the product?
The satisfaction of knowing that my goods are being transported safely, as I can track their whereabouts using FourKites. In addition, the software license is free and the customer can track the movements of the goods. It gives us all the information we need to track the logistics of goods and supplies to their final destination. We have been able to use its tools to represent and read the data understandably and accurately once we have customized the system to fit our needs. When we needed it, the FourKites support staff has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the system has crashed twice already is something I don't like, but on the plus side, I called tech support and they reacted right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FourKites has been very useful to me because, in the past, sometimes the goods I ordered did not arrive or arrived late. Now, I can track where the goods are coming from. It has made it easier for us to maintain effective control over the logistics of the goods and materials we use, whether they are destined for customers or our users. Decision-making, control of items leaving our facilities, and effective tracking of shipments have required access to the data and analysis that FourKites has provided.
Valuable tool for Transport Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track shipments globally across multiple modes of transport and have the functionality to share close to real-time shipment information with others
What do you dislike about the product?
Transparency during implementation - Fourkites need to improve their partner relationship and professional services - become more proactive than reactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us as an organisation to become proactive rather than reactive to customers - when customers are requesting updates on their orders. We are now able to track shipments as close to real-time as possible.
