Useful
What do you like best about the product?
It gets real-life updates about where the drivers are. Easy to track and useful when you want to know specific times of arrival.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes drivers have difficulties downloading the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking trucks, you can know where they are at every moment. Instead of calling drivers to make sure, you can rely on the app with certain in and out times.

Make sure to know how it works so you can take advantage of all the facilities the website gives you

The integration with Aljex if you do not put loaded or unloaded times fourkites does not update the customers TMS system

What do you like best about the product?
As a Transportation Intern, I was introduced to FourKites and have been fascinated by the program. Having previous experience in the transportation industry, I appreciate the visibility that FourKites provides. It was a rather easy software to navigate and learn- I started my internship 2 weeks ago and am already certified. I am looking forward to advancing my use of the system throughout my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most brokerage carriers do not track on FourKites, which is something I am interested in resolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FourKites solves problems including current ETAs, road closures, and weather updates that help transportation be proactive.
An Asset Every Company Needs
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that stood out about FourKites to me is their filtering ability. You can filter your data by any number of criteria to narrow down your results to where they will benefit you most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things regarding FourKites that I don't like. However, some of the menus throughout the software can be more difficult to navigate than others. I'm sure this would change after I sat down and got more familiar with FourKites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Occasionally, I will have difficulty trying to find a certain dashboard that I was previously looking at but I think that this is due to a lack of longevity using FourKites. I do think that this software has increased productivity and will continue to do so as more features are developed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Complete the various FourKites certification courses to truly appreciate this software.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see real-time updates with your shipment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to familiarize myself with the website to get used to it. The training provides good training though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possible problem of getting the shipment delayed fou our customers. I discover that FourKites can prevent this delay from happening.
Positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
Fourkites is one of the best real-time visibility platforms out there. It's easy to use and you can access the knowledge base and learning modules where you can expand your knowledge on how the platform works in detail. The support team has always been very helpful and quick in replying and solving any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides to using this platform. Maybe the knowledge base should be advertised more so that everyone using the platform is aware of its existence since it can be a very helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fourkites allows me to check the shipments that are late or very late and understand what may cause the delay. It also allows me to monitor the performance of different carriers within our network, this way we can send them a report of their performance montlhy. We can check which errors are occurring most commonly for each carrier so that we are able to address them.
Best Tracking Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Four Kites to track all of my customer's shipments. I like how easy it is to use and how it seamlessly integrates with our TMS software. Way better than others on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't really have any issues with Four Kites. I wish we could track shipments without the driver installing an app on their smartphones, but that would probably not be legal. Haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Four Kites, I get real time tracking, monitoring, and estimated delivery times of all my shipments in one easy to use and digest platform. I love at a glance I know what is on time and what is late.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. You will not be disappointed.
Software has a ton of great features!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of GEO fencing and all the filtering features. It really helps when delegating different duties to the team. The reporting function could be a bit quicker but I do love all the column features it has available. This is just at a glance from having just learned the system but it seems to have almost all the features I would expect one to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to black out certain times during the day to not receive loads

I have not been in the position long enough to really dive this deep into it yet. I do see it being a great asset for transportation analysis and tracking though.

Clean Layout overvall. Modern and easy to use interface

Some of the worst technical support if you are not a paying customer, but rather a vendor supporting someone else

What do you like best about the product?
Real time updates on orders has cut down the back and forth with customers on info sharing. Also, it allows companies to be proactive

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike

Proactive response to customers when shipping times are not being met. Also, helps with reconciling fees that we are charged
