What do you like best about the product?

I really like the variety of training options KnowBe4 Compliance Plus offers. There are multiple options for everything, and it supports multiple languages, which is great for our diverse team. The content is updated frequently and seems to be very engaging for our employees. It allows us to tailor training to specific roles and experiment with different learning styles for different groups. The ability to receive user feedback is also a plus, as it helps us understand how the training is being received. The ease of setup was fantastic, taking maybe half a week to transition everything over.

What do you dislike about the product?

Uploading your own training to KnowBe4 Compliance Plus can be challenging. The required file format can be difficult to convert to, which I feel makes the process less straightforward than it needs to be.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to replace outdated slideshow training with engaging videos and interactive modules. It helps tailor training to specific roles, supports multiple languages, and gathers user feedback, ensuring accessible and well-received compliance training.
