The generated narratives lack desired data insights. Yseop Augmented Analyst is unable to solve the issue of time consuming data analysis. It processes volumes of data, with low speed and inaccuracy consuming hours of manual work. This obstructs our business.

Allows the automatic creation of detailed and error-free financial reports in an easy way, with just a few data additions and thanks to its artificial intelligence. Efficiently analyzes all the data and big data collected and processes it intelligently to create understandable, easy-to-analyze reports written in natural language. The program has several languages, for analysis and transcriptions of clients from other countries, such as English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese and more.

The program can be overwhelming at first, but Yseop's technical support has taken us by the hand throughout the process to take advantage of every feature of the tool. Setting up the software is not easy, it takes several steps and a lot of information to get the software to start working normally. When asking for help and guidance from technical support to meet an automation need, it can take several days to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this software to automate almost all processes and tasks that are tedious within the organization and various departments. Like in the accounting department, we can create financial reports automatically and without errors, thanks to Yseop. It allows the automation of almost any activity within the company, such as automating the sending of emails. It creates automatic reports with natural and understandable language, from data collection and processing. Automatically creates detailed financial reports, with all the required information and without errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent program for all companies that want to go a step further and be at the forefront of technology with artificial intelligence, to automatically create many tasks for different departments. This tool has benefited us greatly as a company and has allowed us to focus on more demanding tasks, leaving aside the tedious tasks. Undoubtedly this software was very complicated to understand and its learning curve was high, even with the help of the technical service, but once we knew and understood all the tools, we have been able to automate many tasks from different departments, which is making the performance increase and the productivity of employees as well.

The software is very easy to configure. It has proven abilities to produce many different type of texts, not only text but even conversation with customers. We were able to reduce our phone calls by answering directly on the web very specific questions with Yseop software.
Yseop software can produce all sort of texts, using you own business rules. We specified these rules in dedicated workshops. It even helped us to precise our rules. Then we configured dialog rules, which enabled the software to deliver very specific support informations to our customers.
Yseop is also able to help our own employees : you can use the same knowledge base to do both. This way, your employees can provide the same answers that your customers will find on their website or app. So you win on every step : you reduce calls, increase productivity, improve customers and employees satisfaction.

Could be a little easier to configure with friendly UX. Consultants hesitated at first on the methodology to implement the software. We had to plug Yseop system with our legacy system. Even if Yseop IT engineers were helpful, you have to think about your own IT capability to afford acess to datas of your company...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yseop can produce very personnalized answers to customers questions, by analyzing datas and having a sort of dialog with the customers to really specify what he needs
