Catchpoint is an extremely powerful product. My reps have been helpful and responsive, some of the best I've worked with across vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
As powerful and feature rich as the product is that can lead to complexity in the user experience. As someone who isn't a daily user, the depth can be daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catchpoint helps us identify issues such as downtime or performance bottlenecks across the world before our users do. We can identify and fix issues before any support tickets get filed.
