What do you like best about the product?
It's comprehensive approach to project management and it's integration of project planning, tracking and reporting in one platform. It's ability to manage multiple in real-time and provide detailed insights through customizable reports which make it a powerful tool for both project managers and team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's complexity which can result in a stepper learning curve for new users. It's extensive features and customization options might be overwhelming for those looking for a more straightforward project management tool. Some users reported that the interface can feel less intuitive compared to more modern, streamlined project management tools. This complexity might lead to increased time spent on setup and configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By combining project planning tracking and reporting into a single platform, Spiraplan streamlined workflows and reduces the need for multiple tools. It supports various methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall which allows users to tailor the platform to their specific needs. This flexibility benefits users by accomodating different project management styles and helping them adhere to their preferred processes. It offers robust reporting features which enables users to generate insightful reports and metrics. SpiraPlan offers great features but little expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Test execution in SpiraPlan is more better than other tools I’ve used. For example, I have used Jira, but somehow I was dissapointed! SpiraPlan makes it easy to manage test cases and track results, everything is all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of SpiraPlan is it’s high cost. At around $39.99 per user per month, it can be expensive, especially for smaller teams or those on a budget. While it offer many great features, other tools like Jira or Trello are more cheaper. If keeping costs low is important, SpiraPlan might not be the best choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SpiraPlan is solving some big problems for me, and it's really making my work easier. One of the main issues it tackles is managing complex projects. Everything—tasks, tests, bugs, requirements—is all in one place, which means I don't have to waste time switching between different tools. It’s like a one-stop shop for project management.

It has very easy to use UI and very good in making a proper incident and helps in managing the communication bridge between the different types of teams in an organisation.

There is no anajor flaw but yes a little slower sometimes so I think this can be improved.

Spira has a set of tools that helps you manage your software lifecycle. It is easy to use requirements, test, and defect management system, ideal for quality assurance teams.

It takes a long time while to proceed data, a little bit complex to use some features like requirements views

SpiraPlan provides a completeEnterprise Program, Project and Portfolio management systemin one package so that it very much handy and easy to use to the user. I like the best part is it has the management of project requirement, user stories and many more. Its User Interface is outstanding. It has great customization possibilities for the reports. Also we have the Rest API available with the proper documentations.

SpiraPlan helps us track all activities for our project and gives us a detailed visual representation of the project's current status. It is effortless to implement and Integrate almost everywhere. There are a lot of features that help in the success of the project. They have good customer support 24/7.

The price of the tool is a bit expensive, but worth using it. Once you start using it you'll use it every time.
