SpiraTeam is a Superb Utility.
What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive tool for QA managers with a user-friendly interface and integration with other applications SpiraPlan is a low-cost tool that is simple to integrate with many other products. Giving teams regular updates on job status and aiding in their ability to project delivery dates allows teams to work effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
SpiraPlan has restricted analytics and reporting capabilities. SpiraPlan's insights and findings fall short of expectations. Customer service has occasionally been challenging to contact, but generally happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SpiraPlan did a fantastic job creating a tool that, for the time being, meets both our requirements and our budget. It really simplifies redundant item management for our business and is comparatively simple to use and educate others.

What do you like best about the product?
SpiraPlan helpful for building agile planning of your project.customzing a report and best things about complte the goal at perticular time.as compaire to other compitator it is very good.

It is little bit lagging while using this software.otherwise it it very good software.it helps to agile project management.else no need to improvemnt in this tool.

SpiraPlan is software besically used for agile project management.it is benificial for develpoment of project. it provide progress of your project tack it.with the help of SpiraPlan increased our product development speed.

Team Management With SpiraPlan
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of spiraplan for my small team of 6 people is the task management aspect. When collaborating with other sectors of our company it makes things much easier than tracking in old excel or google sheets. What I also really enjoy is the ability to properly plan out a project before it begins. This helps us create better scopes and timelines for our different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major disadvantage of using SpiraPlan is the lagging. Often things are a bit buggy but I assume these will get ironed out as the platform grows. There also is no review option when sharing items or tasks we like to have approval from our project managers but this is not a feature built-in at least not one that is available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SpiraPlan has done an awesome job building a tool that fits within our budget and core needs for the time being. It is relatively easy to use and teach others and really makes redundant item management a lot easier for our company.

The workflow is so transparent and neat. Every single detail is noticed in the project management and staggering points are worked on directly. I was just a user for some time but I know they also offered discounts to academics which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can integrate with many other apps but is not available on the mobile phone markets. Maybe it could make things easier if it was. Plus, it required much work to get used to.

It enabled the project owners to track our performance and tune in whenever necessary.

SpiraPlan is an extremely versatile solution that allows you to manage Requirements, Tests, and Defects all in one location. The Support Team responds and assists quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using SpiraPlan for a while now, and I haven't faced any roadblocks yet. However, the time taken to set up the tool was a little higher than competitors. That been said once you have everything up and running it's a super smooth process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly improved development efficiency. SpiraPlan cleared the path for closer communication between our IT and business teams. We may use dynamic dashboards to see where we are in a development project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is all digital and you can see real-time updates when more than one person is working on something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test execution process. I wish it wasn't as clicky. The process seems pretty long.
