Best logs service with AI
What do you like best about the product?
filtering option, alerts , AI query, dataprime queries, application performance monitoring,easy integration
What do you dislike about the product?
as of now i don't feel anything dislikes about Coralogix, everything works fine for our requirement

Coralogix APM helps us to debug with the app performance . the logging system is very useful to finding critical errors

Best in the industry when when it comes to analyse metrics and logs.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a powerful ability to analyse logs in real time. APM offers real-time visibility into our application's behaviour by connecting logs, metrics, and traces, providing a comprehensive view of system health. Additionally, distributed tracing enables us to track requests across services, helping to identify bottlenecks in microservices architectures.
A key reason that we decided to explore Coralogix is their 24/7 customer support, where there's always someone available to assist and address our queries.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some users, navigating the UI and getting familiar with it may be challenging at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to debug overall issues in shorter period of time.

the best thing is just by selecting application and subsystem your logs are ready for troublesooting.

Depends on the log priority we can move log from frequently search to all logs (medium priority)

Application performance monitoring which is API level monitoring which gives the understading of the issue from application perspective.

Searching over logs takes longer time than expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While debugging its diffcult to remeber loging details of log server , logs path and corlogix really sort this issue

Coralogix is the centralized tool for analysis of application logs and performance.
Live logs is an awesome feature, which help you debug issue on the spot.
Cherry on top is alerting tools, very helpful in proactive monitoring.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some people it may be complicated in the beginning to navigate the UI and get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge we had in our organization was log management. Our in-house log management tool used to crash very frequently due to heavy log volume but coralogix provided an stable platform to host our logs And we we moved our monitoring from in-house grafana to coralogix grafana as well.
Has all the features but lacks finess
What do you like best about the product?
When I used it I was able to understand basics pretty fast so like the usability flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
But UI and user experience was a bit thocky cause of lags and loading time. Compared to graphana that we earlier had was much smoother but lacked coralogix features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggrefation of logs and metrics and thier corelation was a big problem for us it solved that. Other than that live alerts for specific service logs customizable to pagerduty is very crucial use case for us to be Proactive instead of reactive.
Coralogix as SIEM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ready Extension part from the Coralogix.
As cyber security analyst it really and quickly help us to deploy the SIEM use case for various security controller and ready to monitor and investigate alerts in SOC.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say dislike but there should be feature for Watchlist .
Watchlist facilities SOC analyst to add newly founded IoCs from various threat intelligence to monitor advance /current threat in my company . if you guys add this feature in upcoming release this would really help in SOC.
