Coralogix is a good platform for Log monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is provided to consolidate log data in s single platform and many other uses or services like security, complines, monitoring, alerting and etc..
and 2nd thing it also provided to monitoring a dashboard through Kibana and garfana which is very helpful.
this tool is good for Auto-scaling groups for configuring the one-time and monitoring to ease every scale, and the last thing support function is very very osam.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for product
support system is good but some time lang. issue.

Great product for SIEM and log monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of onboarding, implementation support and great support fro mthe team always. The team is always ready to discuss and come with a solution including the senior leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of the log analysis is based on volume of traffic uploaded which gets very high for chatty and noisy applications

Security incidents, Forensics, Application performance and behaviour

I don't know about any downsides.I like everithing.

Easy management for your logs

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and simple to use, straightforward setup for integration with many services on AWS and Kubernetes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is a SaaS solution, you pay for everything. So need to consider what logs are critical and what is not (unlike self-managed solutions, where you ship all your logs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Log solution that takes management and maintenance burden off the DevOps team's shoulders.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating alerts based on error logs and metrics was very helpful, and the visualisation graphs and charts were also beneficial. The elastic search API was also useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting no logs for quite some time was the thing which we did not like. The team then resolved the issue anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organisation uses Coralogix to store all the logs emitted by our system in a JSON format.
The querying makes it easy for us to search logs and debug the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up. Intuitive UI. Cost-optimized through the TCO optimizer. Responsive chat support not only helps me troubleshoot, but also build what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
No yet realtime log ingestion for serverless architectures e.g., Firebase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility not only looking at what incident might be occurring, but also insight around customer from the same application logs being built just because this is very easy to use as well as help from the support chat.

What do you like best about the product?
A solution that is able to aggregate traces, metrics and logs in one place and provide full visibility and observability of our systems
What do you dislike about the product?
Online documentation is still in the works and information there is not always up to date with the most recent configuration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking health of our systems, performance monitoring and logs for investigation purposes

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to integrate all your logs, traces, and metrics in a single tool and reduces management overhead
What do you dislike about the product?
Access management needs to be reviewed once since if we create multiple teams then it becomes difficult for us to keep updating specific teams for user access updates, there should be a org level setting as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Log management, alerting and monitoring has become quite easy for us

Working with Coralogix has been an amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
The people I work with at Coralogix. We are not a big company but I feel like they are on my team 24x7 365 I have been able to get help. I have used Datadog, Splunk, Cloudwatch, NewRelic, and other systems I can do all of what I used to do in those systems combined and have been more successful than when I used a combination of those systems. We process millions of logs each day and I am able to do it in a fast and cost-effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system, you have to spend time implementing their solution. It was not too hard after about an hour I understood much of the system and was successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Coralogix for understanding my logs, my systems, data quality, tracing, and alerting. I keep finding ways to use Coralogix in ways I hadn't thought of. Coralogix is now where I go first to understand my system and how it is performing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the out of the box alerts and the support which is very responsive and helpful.

still lack a full APM solution to compete with other vendors

one platform where you can see your logs , infra metrics and alerts
