The use case for my organization is that we need a vendor to host our metrics.

* Can't search for trace using Trace ID
User Sessions and Web Vitals helped us in UX insights and UI Bugs
By far this is my favourite part of Coralogix.
Then we integrated Coralogix RUM into our app, now we can see real time videos of users interacting with our app. We identified multiple UX issues, a few implementation issues, a production bugs through this. We are also using these insights to make our app faster.
If you want to dig deeper into logs Coralogix is better SIEM TOOL in market
support team is very responsive
offers great real-time insights
It is a new and upcoming siem but has the potential to become next big thing.
automation is not there.
if we want to map 120 alerts to new subsystem there is no one click option. have to do it manually.
Their alerts in the extension pack is very broad. once we onboard the extension alerts, we finetune it and in the next update of the extension remove all the finetune we have done in the search query.
Vendor facilitates smooth onboarding and reliable metric visibility
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature of Coralogix is that it is a very good vendor for metrics. There are a few competitors in the market, such as Datadog. However, Coralogix has ease of use and the ability to use OpenTelemetry agent, which is open source. This makes onboarding or changing a vendor in the future easier.
Coralogix benefits my organization by providing visibility to what is happening in our services and infrastructure. It is essentially an observability, metrics, and logging tool to monitor our infrastructure.
What needs improvement?
Change might not be the correct word, but with every service, there is always room to improve. They are improving their services daily and deploy new features. When we had missing features that we needed, they developed and published them quickly.
The features we were missing in the past were related to the way we see our metrics and aggregate our data. It was not a problem or an issue, but rather features we needed to view our data in specific ways. Once they realized these features were missing, they developed them rapidly.
I would appreciate seeing more AI integration aspects.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Coralogix for a year and a half.
How are customer service and support?
I have worked with the customer service and support for Coralogix a couple of times. My experience with them is that they resolved my issues quickly. They were very responsive and thoroughly communicative.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
What other advice do I have?
Coralogix monitors our infrastructure and our services send data, or the Coralogix agents scrape data from our applications. That is how we integrate Coralogix with our applications.
Their pricing is competitive and their product is stable. We have not experienced any stability issues thus far. Integrating AI is the most interesting aspect currently, and they could potentially integrate AI deeper into their product to show us more insights.
I have used Datadog in the past as a competing product. Datadog is a successful and very good product, but the pricing is very high, which is one of its downsides.
On a scale of one to ten, I would rate the support as nine and Coralogix overall as nine, with one being worst and ten being best.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?
Positive features improve workflow despite needing better integration
What is our primary use case?
Our company's use case for Coralogix is to protect our customers and support some attacks because here in Brazil, EFT is responsible for that.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature of Coralogix is the Social Security feature designed to protect machines that run on various systems such as Windows Server, including all versions from 2008 to 2022. The solution supports any Linux operating system distribution and can also be used to back up Mac systems.
The benefit of Coralogix for my organization is that Five9 is feature-rich, but we're not utilizing all available tools due to our size, with about 65 users split across three teams. This limits our use of analytics and other Five9 tools.
What needs improvement?
If I could improve Coralogix in any way, I would suggest additional customization options for our dashboards.
The customizable dashboards haven't really helped with my company's efficiency at all, and I think there's room for improvement.
For how long have I used the solution?
What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
I was part of the deployment at all, and since I'm new to the company, I haven't had the opportunity to talk to Coralogix customer support yet.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The overall stability and reliability of Coralogix are excellent, and I rarely encounter issues.
There are no downtimes, no crashes, or any performance issues that I've noticed since we started using it.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The product is scalable, and I believe it will grow with our needs.
How are customer service and support?
I don't know what the experience overall with them is, but I've heard good things.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
When I compared Coralogix to DataDog, the pros include better usability and features, while the cons involve some learning curves with both products.
What other advice do I have?
The integration capabilities of Coralogix are perfect, and they work seamlessly with our existing tools.
I use the customizable dashboards from Coralogix, and they provide great insight into our data.
My overall experience with the pricing and licensing is good, and I appreciate the transparency.
The solution integrates with other tools, which is a significant advantage for our workflows.
On a scale of one to ten with one being worst and ten being best, I would rate Coralogix an eight for its performance and features.
