What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and real time analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more data cleaning features (which will come soon with data hub), and also its very pricy. I work in an agency and about 5% of my clients have it, the rest want it but are not willing to pay (maybe with data hub they’ll see the value?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moslty contact duplicates (i want to use it in deals as well!)

I love that it tells me how to clean all my data without me doing manual work

They can dedup based on other features and allow me to be able do more admin alerts

What do you like best about the product?
In recent changes, it’s made it easier to see our CRMs health and cleanliness. It’s not only pointing out red flags but offers ways to clean it up.
The data model is also very helpful when training others to allow them to visualize how the system is setup
What do you dislike about the product?
Need the ability to report on specific pipeline object health.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s greatest help is to clean up duplicate records

What do you like best about the product?
I love that OPs hub helps me as the admin keep my data clean and organized and helps me to manage customer needs, for both internal and external customers.

Nothing yet! I will continue to use it and share feedback as it comes

What do you like best about the product?
I love using ops hub. I am able to automate all of my revenue operations in one place and create reports using Ops hub. Ticketing is seamless, and you can even customize pipelines to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately you aren’t able to send emails from workflows without having a MHP subscription as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates seamless tracking for my employee operations and rev operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Ops Hub has allowed me to create custom automations and reporting I could only dream about in the past!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be incredible if there were more shared coding resources and templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending customized emails in a workflow for specific meeting types is one example. This avoids having to send the same message multiple times via the available meeting reminder options.

Its pricing is not the best. It would be better for custom coded actions to be available without Professional
