REVIEW TEAMCENTER
What do you like best about the product?
Superb document management which determines all document and data file versions is offered by Teamcenter. All websites will thus have real-time access to the most recent information. The NX and SAP integration is another factor that improves user performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found Teamcenter to be really valuable, and using it hasn't been difficult at all. There's nothing about Teamcenter that I find objectionable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the automotive company where we use it,Teamcenter serves as the foundation for both new product design and important cornerstone designs that already exist. Because of this, tracking the version is quite simple and easy to use.

Teamcenter solves the problem of all information and process is one place. Instead of having 100 systems i can have one system
Flexible PLM product
What do you like best about the product?
Teamcenter provides a variety of options to adapt to your business needs. It is highly flexible and basically you can achieve any functionality you desire with all customization capabilities it provides. Also it can be integrated with any other system with some effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product and its architecture is dynamic and could change drastically with some released. Hence it would take more efforts to adapt your customizations whenever that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the CAD, E-BoM, M-BoM and Documents and transfer of data to the downstream applications like SAP, document portal etc.

Stable, secure and powerful platform for product collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solutions to difficult problems are hard to keep simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CAD vaulting keeps our data secure. Multiple CAD integrations allows multiCAD design. Engineering change management controls our release process. Active Workspace makes PLM easily accessible to non-engineering users.

What do you like best about the product?
Teamcenter has helped us provide a platform for managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, from design and engineering to manufacturing and maintenance. Then as well change and document management.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found it difficult to take advantage of the supplier collaboration function. As there are limitations to the our companies functions it can be a difficult aspect to incorporate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having TeamCenter has given us a software and location to use as a PLM tool which is beneficial for housing our models and data to be managed.

Good Bom management capabilities with great new features to look forward to in version 2406

Hard to understand licenses required for each feature
