What do you like best about the product?
Teamcenter with all its capabilities, API support and database structure makes working with the data a joy. Having the opportunity to both use an application (Rich Client), or navigate the database through the AWS gives users the option to choose their preferred way of browsing the database. The possibility to create custom workflows helps you customize the usability and processes to your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teamcenter can be daunting if you are not used to working with PLM or databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our PLM data and engineering documents for several branches of our business.

Normally you don't have to customize, but the disadvantage is you need a lot of configuration.
