Easy to find the event loga nd Visualization.

Not familiar with all UI features like Visualization which are created for cycle process.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about IBM Process Mining is how it gives me a clear view of our marketing processes. The intuitive interface and powerful analytics help me quickly identify any bottlenecks or inefficiencies. It integrates smoothly with our existing data sources, allowing for deep dives into our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
While IBM Process Mining is fantastic, it does have a learning curve. It can be a bit daunting at first, especially if you’re not very technical. Setting it up and integrating it with our current systems took some time and effort. Additionally, the cost can be a bit high, which might be a concern for smaller marketing teams or agencies.

The best part of the IBM process mining is the UI and the experience where we could make better data driven decisions and improve our business workflows.

Overall experience is good, the only thing that I disliked is its bit complex for new users and beginner level documentation should be helpful.

It is helping us to make data driven decision and have multiple data at one place. Also we could design informed and collaborative workflows for our business.

I like it because it is a tool that adapts to current business process standards, greatly facilitates segmentation thanks to its bottleneck system, and also has automation processes to increase operational efficiency when working with large quantities of information, the interface of this tool is not complicated or heavy when it comes to integrating with other tools necessary for each management, and it also understands that times change so it constantly performs updates that I consider are necessary in any similar tool

A must have tool as a PMO!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to get started with Process Mining. Integration went smoothly. I still remember the transitional period and how I was apprehensive initially. However, getting started so was easy and I especially love the fluid UI. Unlike most of enterprise solutions, Process Mining was really easy to get started. All the essential information like my charts were very easy to visualize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much expect that it was a little harder for us to justify the cost of procuring the solution. That's the only downside we would love to be addressed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of data being generated through multiple systems. The volume of data is so huge that it's not possible to get insights about customer behaviours and spending patterns conveniently. This is where IBM Process Mining comes into play. We have integrated it with our custom CRM solution and it made getting the overall sumarized view quite effortless.
Positive result with IMB Process Mining
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in IMB process mining is the real time process for bussiness insight so it's really easy of implemetation. Because of that it will lead significant cost savings. IMB Process Mining can help my customer to reduce wait times. I also like automatically process from this software. The customer support also very helpfull to maintain connection between us as a user. Really easy integration also big help for this application
What do you dislike about the product?
for the first downside of this application for sure is cost/fee. So many small businesses cannot afford of this additional fee. And also for the not-experienced user to use this application is very complicated. Because of that we need to invest some money to invite a well organized people to use this application and give training about this application.
