Hidden Champion in the Process Mining World
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity!
It is a very low learning curve getting to work with IBM Process Mining.
The second advantage is, that the ETL is not inherit bound to the product. You can use your own ETL tool for getting the data into ProcessMining

The analytics part is not the best.

getting an idea of how the process flows in huge process management projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is the efficiency with which i can get the insights. This serves as best alternative to in demand high priced analytical tools.

More functionalities can be added along with AI integration. The software is in right direction

Overall experience is good, the only thing that I disliked is its bit complex for new users and beginner level documentation should be helpful.
