What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it provides the information we need from the current processes we are working on and the experience has been very good working with IBM Process Mining and it is capable of improving workflow, and we were able to make decisions about each process and improve them, and we helped to undergo changes and transformation of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first time requires a lot of training time, even so the initial setup was quite basic but requires tecnical knowledge, but everything is going very well for the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is going as expected was the solution that helped us to recognize deficiencies and problems in performance, it is the best data mining tool that allows us to anaylze in a ismple way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read the docoumentation and you will discover how to improve your current processes and reduce labor.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of IBM Process Mining was high-speed and efficient, since then, we have noticed that it is vital for our company to take advantage of the existing and relevant data for the current configuration of the processes in which we are working; and study the flows and obtain the secure information about all processes and avoid inconveniences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some drawbacks with the resources to power the system, and we were forced to speak with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leading a digital transformation in our organization and leveraging company data and we were surprised and impressed by the ease of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to see you current processes and improve them to reduces labor and time, I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is useful for analysis, and it is surprising since the entire process flow can be observed and deepened much more in cases where we have processes that need to be improved, and in addition to being excellent, it is reliable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had problems with data coming and going, and it didn't seem normal, but support had the solution; also, the user interface needs to improve some of its functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using IBM Process Mining as it provides necessary analysis details and predictions based on the incoming data flow, and we are up to date with all processes and making sure processes are smooth.

You think of software for the digital transformation of your company; this is the right one for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its main feature that offers information on all the data in current processes and improves the agility of business processes; and drives innovation; I also like the user interface because it is intuitive; data logging is very useful for analyzing data quickly and be able to make correct decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics and presentation are good, but it looks a bit outdated and needs a good update with an overview of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent tool for data mining with this product everything is going very well; and we can manage our data for a long time and provide the details for the analysis of the cause and the prediction and recommendation based on the data flow that comes in and help to ensure that all this is ongoing within the company.

Whit this software, you can easily analyze the data; and provide the necessary analysis to make crucial decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to digitize our business processes in a great way where I can see the processes and improve them easily and understandably; it also provides useful information for the current configuration and reduces the time to execute our processes, and can be shared with our different groups and study the flow of processes and be able to extract data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compatibility issues and query setup were difficult, and some functions were complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data extraction and visualization of all the data that is needed is a simple way to understand and ensure that everything is in progress, and thus process our commercial workflow and identify critical areas of our processes, with IBM Process Mining company all it's going very well, and that makes us happy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It offers you information to know where the critical areas are in the processes and to be able to align ourselves as much as possible; I recommend it.

The scope of the software is enormous, as it helps to extract data and determine the data-driven business initiative as part of the digital transformation.

I haven't interacted much with IBM Process Mining yet, so I have nothing to say about it.

With the help of IBM Process Mining, it has helped us optimize our business flow and every aspect of this great process has been fueled by the effects of IBM Process Mining.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use; I like how the whole process flow looks on a single screen, and we see everything that needs to be improved, and we are able to transform our company by improving our workflow easily, it is easy to use, and it is excellent for digital transformation and thus facilitating work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problems with some data altered the general structure of the system, but we were able to solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been the best data mining tool that we have been able to find and carry out a digital transformation in our companies and maintain a better workflow and convert usable data and it is working very well for now.

I recommend that you use this tool because it is easy to use when you have an analytics team present.

Very useful data mining system for processes in general

What do you like best about the product?
I like this too; it is good because it provides a better analysis of a view on all processes in general and thus we can verify what happens in our system and alerts; the interface is very intuitive and detailed in each function and allows us to know the deficiencies within all processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problems with some data, and we had to handle it very carefully so as not to mess up the whole data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is best to keep an accurate track of the data and processes, and it makes it much easier to get a better analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is highly recommended software; it will be very useful, try it without thinking so much.

1. Good Dashboard views.
2. better presentations.
3. easy step-by-step process to do process mining.
4. guided assistance in the case struck with complex scenarios.
5. Deliver the information to the client in a very informative way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Costly.
2. Better alternatives like Celonis or UIPath, pioneers in the Process mining field, are available either cheap or at the same price range.
3. Scope of improvement is there to excel and provide more options and features.
4. many other functionalities can be added in the future, like AI and ML support

1. Help us to find a suitable process for improvement, enhancement which then can be considered as an automation candidate.
2. help us to analyze the ground working of the process in an organization and allow us to minimize the efforts and improve the processes.

Always do a cost-benefit analysis before choosing any tool for process mining.
MAny other pioneers like Celonis or path are available in the market for process mining functionalities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is excellent to discover each process and monitor it and draw various maps and thus improving workflow performance because it allows us to know the details in great depth and thus make the best decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is very nice, but i feel like it needs some improvements to make it look more modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been in use for a long time and everything has gone smoothly, it allows to improve performance due to the monitoring of business processes and process mining operations and it is very efficient.

It can be easily implemented I recommend it.
