Efficiently derive data from our business models and processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to streamline each process and improve the workflow in a unique way; it is reliable and easy to use and greatly facilitates the work; I like to use artificial intelligence and create deep analyses and study the process flows, extract data from them and make the best decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The board is not so intuitive, and some of its functions are somewhat complex and require someone skilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave us effective RPA and process mining solutions, and it is excellent and reliable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works wonders when it comes to process analysis, and I really recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
A great mapping solution that is easy to use and has very powerful and scalable functions, and the user interface is intuitive, which allows you to work calmly with the tool, giving the necessary analysis in each task is vital and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never seen its downsides, and that is why I realize that it is effective and flawless.

It is an essential tool for complete analysis in general, and it gives good results.

What do you like best about the product?
A great solution to see processes and analyze the necessary ones and make decisions, and it helps a lot because it improves workflow; with data mining capabilities, correct decisions are made and reduces the time and cost necessary to execute each of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup at the beginning was complicated and difficult to get used to for the first time and required a lot of training time, and we had errors in data extraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing data in a simple way is the best; it is an excellent product, and we can manage data and facilitate daily tasks; it is easy to manage and allows us to locate errors and correct them and reduce labor.

I like being able to use it and analyze and see the flow of the process in a single screen where it shows efficient data and business processes in different groups, the intelligent algorithm can even extract data and give information to be more productive.

Compatibility issues and some bugs when capturing data from different sources.

The old problems were solved because now, IBM Process Mining, provides end-to-end process monitoring and guarantees all the processes we have and their current state management.
