Easy to manage data mining software with great amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
A great solution to see processes and analyze the necessary ones and make decisions, and it helps a lot because it improves workflow; with data mining capabilities, correct decisions are made and reduces the time and cost necessary to execute each of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup at the beginning was complicated and difficult to get used to for the first time and required a lot of training time, and we had errors in data extraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing data in a simple way is the best; it is an excellent product, and we can manage data and facilitate daily tasks; it is easy to manage and allows us to locate errors and correct them and reduce labor.

If you want to improve and see how your current processes are going, this software is perfect for that.

IBM Process Mining the best way to see processes and improve them from one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use it and analyze and see the flow of the process in a single screen where it shows efficient data and business processes in different groups, the intelligent algorithm can even extract data and give information to be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compatibility issues and some bugs when capturing data from different sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The old problems were solved because now, IBM Process Mining, provides end-to-end process monitoring and guarantees all the processes we have and their current state management.

For the last 4 years since IBM Process Mining was deployed in our organization, it has helped us to monitor the performance of the processes and it has brought a great impact. For the last 4 years i have been using IBM Process Mining i haven't found anything challenging. It is a solid software that meets all our business requirements.

We had some issues in terms of applicability and compatibility of other resources that we needed to power the system, and support needs to be strengthened as well.

The feature that I like the most is the one that offers us the information to know where the gray areas are in the current processes and to be able to do our work to ensure that we can align ourselves as much a possible; I also like how it improves the analysis of the process with precision and helps improve performance.
