IBM Process Mining the best data mining and business process tool that delivers good results
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the control panel because it looks complete and allows us to visualize the analysis and performance of the processes and is capable of transforming our company by automating the workflow easily; I liked how it improves the precision in each process and is very intuitive and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still do not find any kind of defect or something that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance analytics and process mining are much more reliable and allow data to be quickly analyzed and a constant balance archived.

Improve business processes with a special tool to do so
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a detailed view of business processes in real-time; I like the user interface because it is done correctly to please the user, I also like that it provides deep analysis to make important business decisions; it is very efficient and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial configuration was somewhat complicated, and proper training was required; I wish it had been easier to implement, we also had problems in data extraction, but they were solved; the only thing that so far I do not like is the generation of reports which is not very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent tool that has allowed me to analyze the data and understand and have a much deeper vision of each process in real-time, and improve our processes.

It is a good and perfect tool to manage your business data and reduce time and effort, and it will help a lot in your organization.

The dashboard is very comprehensive but we did have some issues with the data coming and going, but they were completely resolved.

The initial setup can be quite technical and requires a technical person, it was a bit tricky at first, and we had some bugs extracting multi-channel data sources.
