IBM Process Mining - the best tool with deep analytical skills
What do you like best about the product?
It is good for process analysis and has a good interface, since it was implemented it has seen great changes and it easy to learn and increases the growth of companies and has great features, such a data analysis and extraction, making big changes in the company and taking it to the digital stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been used, and everything is fine, but sometimes you have trouble uploading files, especially slow issues that need to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have a great role in the company; they provide security and increase efficiency in each process and help track and provide security and avoid errors in data collection, and are highly accurate.

When you implement IBM Process Mining, you will stabilize your workflow, and you will like the user interface very much.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functions that are clear and have different analytical methods and offer solutions when we face problems, and have a stable workflow and decision making; it seems to be a suitable tool for data analysis and extraction, and problem-solving, the user friendly interface was created for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing wrong and in general everything is fine and we are sastified with the sotfware.

It helps to identify problems and facilitates process optimization, and we can have a stable workflow and extract data, correct and discover errors between processes and make correct decisions.

It was a challenge; the learning curve is not simple, its configuration was difficult and somewhat confusing, we had some errors, but they were fixed.

Everything about IBM Process Mining is amazing. Starting from implementation, set up and get started, the whole process is easy and fast. IBM Process Mining offers great functions which which help us to solve problems which were a bit difficult to solve before. It is a solid application with a very friendly interface and the dashboard has very useful and simple to understand information.

I like it because it is software that meets our needs at work when it comes to working with business data mining, I couldn't be more satisfied with assigning bots to each repetitive task, and it works effectively, and that is amazing. The implementation was somewhat difficult and required support at certain times; we also noticed problems in automation, but then it was fixed; I would just like to see performance improvement because sometimes we see errors and slowness in certain functions.
