What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is very useful to verify what could happen in each process, and I also like the ability of process mining and the reliability it provides when using this mining tool makes it sensational; it is excellent, it facilitates our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great tool, but query setup can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is brilliant software, and it is the best way to deliver the data in a more readable way; and it is easy to understand, very feasible, and useful, and the problems solved are those of automating workflow is excellent.

I recommend it, it helps you in your work, but you need proper use to get the most out of it.

Good efficient and easy to use software for data mining
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tool, it is very good and easy to use, and you have the appropriate functions to solve problems that were not covered before; it is a very fluid software for its user interface and the dashboard with useful and easy to understand information, I like the way of analyzing data through mining, its technology is unique and can pay off over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints about this software, there is nothing I don't like, and we are satisfied so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used, and we have been able to cover the problems we had before and improve the analysis and management of data in the database; we can track data and processes and improve workflow, increasing productivity in the team.

If you have some experience, it will be extremely easy; however, there are some difficult functions to understand; I recommend reading the documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it is a very good tool with functions that adapt to the needs of our company, the user interface is very attractive and innovative and what I like the most is that it is cloud-based and the implementation was fast and successful. I like how it provides information and monitoring of processes and all the events of the organization and production processes, provides useful information and has powerful performance monitoring functions, and greatly improves workflow.
