El alcance del software es tremendo, ya que ayuda a extraer los datos y a determinar la iniciativa empresarial basada en los datos como parte de la transformación digital. Very good and powerful tool to analyze and obtain important information
What do you like best about the product?
I like it is a very good tool with functions that adapt to the needs of our company, the user interface is very attractive and innovative and what I like the most is that it is cloud-based and the implementation was fast and successful. I like how it provides information and monitoring of processes and all the events of the organization and production processes, provides useful information and has powerful performance monitoring functions, and greatly improves workflow.

I am completely satisfied, and I do not see anything strange and bad; everything is fine.

It helps us improve performance and indicate process errors, and it was relatively easy to implement; it solved problems, and now we can monitor processes with this great software.

What I liked the most was the user interface and how easy it is to analyze processes to improve workflow and increase revenue growth. Everything is very fluid, and the dashboard gives details in great depth and without losing any type of important information.

I'd like to see improvements in performance and features because it tends to be slow at times.

The best thing about this software is that it is cloud-based. It is fast to detect errors and highly automated to drive effective development; I also like the attentive technical support; the dashboard has everything very detailed and prevents us from making mistakes in programming.

No problem at the moment, the implementation was a bit tedious, but with the help of technical support, we managed to overcome that difficulty.

By combining myInvenio's Process Mining and Task Mining solutions along with leveraging myInvenio's simulation tool, we are able to finally apply the operational process improvements, identified with Task Mining, on the end-to-end process, and simulate the overall impact of the action.
This tool is very cost manageable and has price diversity that can absolutely fits to every business budget.
