IBM Process Mining is excellent software when working with data
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is software that meets our needs at work when it comes to working with business data mining, I couldn't be more satisfied with assigning bots to each repetitive task, and it works effectively, and that is amazing. The user interface is intuitive and flexible, and I like it because it makes it easy to locate each function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation was somewhat difficult and required support at certain times; we also noticed problems in automation, but then it was fixed; I would just like to see performance improvement because sometimes we see errors and slowness in certain functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating processes and thus increasing productivity, with this tool we save a lot of time, and that is the most important thing.

If you do not have experience, I recommend that you find an expert on the subject to facilitate implementation.

I like it because it is very useful to verify what could happen in each process, and I also like the ability of process mining and the reliability it provides when using this mining tool makes it sensational; it is excellent, it facilitates our work.

It's a great tool, but query setup can be tricky.

It is brilliant software, and it is the best way to deliver the data in a more readable way; and it is easy to understand, very feasible, and useful, and the problems solved are those of automating workflow is excellent.

I like the tool, it is very good and easy to use, and you have the appropriate functions to solve problems that were not covered before; it is a very fluid software for its user interface and the dashboard with useful and easy to understand information, I like the way of analyzing data through mining, its technology is unique and can pay off over time.

We have no complaints about this software, there is nothing I don't like, and we are satisfied so far.

The scope of the software is tremendous, as it helps to extract data and determine data-driven business initiatives as part of digital transformation. The solutions provided by the products are valuable as they make a significant contribution with the effect of decision feedback according to the data.

We couldn't be more satisfied with this platform; it has given us what we needed in such a short time that it is very unrealistic.

It has stimulated all our systems and ensured that all our data processes have been managed correctly. Most of our repetitive tasks have been assigned bots that work effectively to support the workforce.

I like how it provides information and monitoring of processes and all the events of the organization and production processes, provides useful information and has powerful performance monitoring functions, and greatly improves workflow.

What I liked the most was the user interface and how easy it is to analyze processes to improve workflow and increase revenue growth. Everything is very fluid, and the dashboard gives details in great depth and without losing any type of important information.

it shows the entire process in one place, as for my human resources industry, job creation to hiring is a complete process that can be visualized in one place and with animation, I can visualize the entire process

did not like anything about this software because it streamlined all the work processes

led to increased production and the availability of more information on better performance. I have not encountered any cases of our applications failing since we deployed this product.
