Best fit for business automation and analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I like many features which is best fit for my business process . it show whole process at one place like for my HR industry job creation to hiring is a complete process can be viewed at one place and with animation i can visualise whole process. then mapping data . Data visulaisation at each point through graphs and stats made this ibm process mining a best tool to use for my business.Now i can see which resource is taking more time and which is consuming less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did'nt dislike anything at all but i think i want to see some improvement in tutorial, it is easy to use but there must be some more tuttioal , i was stuck at some point but after self learning i figured out a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With data visualization i can see which of my company resource is taking time and which is not taking time .Now i can see whole business model at one place and i can allocate best resources where it is required.

There should be more tutorial or some use cases on youtube

Great tool for gaining insights on data management
What do you like best about the product?
It monitors all our organization events and production processes giving insights on better models that are effective. IBM Process Mining has powerful control features that monitors application performance and repairs any challenge that may arise. It tracks all our workflow chains and gives solutions to any data challenges that may be faced by workforce team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have disliked anything from this software since it has streamlined all the work processes. The present included tools are effective and no need for new improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key elements in this platform monitor our performance and offers great support when there are operational failures. It has lead to increased production and availability of more insights on better performance. I have not experienced any cases of our application breakdowns since we deployed this product.

My experience with this product is great and our planning and decision-making have been leading to increased productivity. It gives us insights that helps us determine the best channel that we can consider for better performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Continuous integration of our platforms is essential to performance of our organization. We are able to discover process flows from the operation of our applications and solve any problem that may lead to poor performance. The great insights we get from KPIs enables us to plan for future and make decisions based on the predicted outcomes.

The flow of our productivity activities are always effective leading to maximum effective implementation of our programs. The operation has been good and no need for new improvement at this time.

We have been able to seal all loopholes that lead to slow implementation of our plans. Application performance has improved since we deployed this platform due to continuous maintenance and monitoring. The process of workflows have improved as there are no challenges that arises from well maintained systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent all-in-one software ideal for 100% use of all internal and external metadata of our company. Its artificial intelligence software quickly detects errors that arise in the creation of new applications, and this makes it much easier for us to optimize and automate workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its large number of processes and functions, it took a few weeks to implement this software. However, the support service is always very fast, solving minor problems and doubts that arise day by day.

We have achieved better optimization of the front-end and back-end interface, making internal processes faster, more secure, and fewer errors. IBM Process Mining cloud services are ideal for keeping you working remotely at all times.

What I like about this software is that the results are accurate, it has enviable technical support, and much better speed than other similar software. Process analysis is necessary for us and with this software the results are reliable.

The configuration could be a little simpler, however it is not and we have to ask for help from technical support, the good thing is that they respond quickly and help us.

We are very confident in the data collected by IBM Process Mining, it has all its functions clear and generates results quickly, the errors are null because we fix them immediately, the analysis is very reliable and the functions are executed quickly with great veracity.
