Streamlines process with granular details
What do you like best about the product?
It has the capability to streamline the business process by discovering the channel, monitoring the process, and producing accurate results through collective knowledge and event logs. It addresses all kinds of anomalies, defects, or inefficiencies to adhere to the best practices. IBM as a tool is very mature and technically advanced that can be highly trusted and relied on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its implementation process is painstaking that requires a lot of hassle and determination as this is a complex solution to amalgamate in the existing environment. There is also a lack of community documentation that makes it difficult to browse and retrieve use case related solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM has helped in end-to-end business process optimization by providing accurate log details, identifying inaccuracies, and suggesting the right approach in real time. It leverages the data accurately and perfectly for a business to succeed in the data-driven environment

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data mining is very useful tool to understand the business in current trend, this one helps me a lot to analyse and project further.
Nice and UI friendly Technology
What do you like best about the product?
Logging data, finding data mining patterns, monitoring, and digitally representing processes to develop for businesses. It also helps in optimizing business criteria and pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I didn't find any but if there's a requirement I will definitely share that with the firm through chat or email, or any other communication media that is possible and available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging data, finding data mining patterns, monitoring, and digitally representing processes to develop for businesses. I'm not exhaustively using it for the organization. I researched and learned it to add it to my skillsets so that I can grow in the industry and help businesses with optimized and quick solutions.

IBM process mining will help gain insights about your business process and improve it as well.

IBM process mining is not very helpful in case of extremely complex business processes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM process mining helped me reduce average time to complete an order after it was placed by customer
Excellent Process Mining tool with AI-powered automation capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I liked in IBM process mining is the integrated automation capabilities such as robotics and process modeling, which help reduce efforts while performing process mining activities. It helps to track the process and provides insights that allow us to make well-informed decisions. The dashboard offers good insights and is visually appealing. The 24/7 support team is a plus. I also liked the idea of providing a 30-day free trial as part of their Product Led Growth (PLG) initiative, which allows users to have an excellent hands-on before they buy the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that the IBM team could consider certainly is the cost. The pricing may not be affordable for many. A suggestion would be to develop tiered features based on pricing, like basic features and enhanced and advanced versions. A reasonable effort has been put into providing documentation, but it has to be user-friendly for better understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM process mining helps detect the inefficiencies available in the process. Notifying the process, which can be automated, was of great help. As the end-to-end process was covered along all process paths, it was easier to understand the process models and derive insights. Removing non-value-added activities and automating mundane tasks helped achieve efficiency in process and better revenue realization.
I found it very helpful to discovers things in data science and to validate and improve the workflw.

To help the businesses in improvement of workflow and in data science field to improve the quality of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does concept drift and the license cost

It leverage the data driven approach to process optimization hence we are able to remain focused and objective in our decision making
Automating Processes
What do you like best about the product?
It did the job as described. Plus, it did not need a herculean effort to configure it. The interface is pleasing, which led to an ease of use. The use of AI made it simpler as there was no repetition. I enjoyed how it permitted the monitoring of processes. The USP of the product is the automation and that's why it got a vote from me. Their use of data analytics to allow the workflow is what appealed to me as well as it made us understand it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I had is the pricing. It's unfortunate that this is more than what one can afford. There should be a lower price range. The other issue I had was that their documentation was sub-par.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our client to optimize their business processes. The biggest advantage was that it reduced costs, though the price of a subscription did not help.It is good for helping make business decisions because of how AI has been used within this.
A pretty good product for process mining makes it very easy to create information
What do you like best about the product?
I like the low code creation of analytics and with minimal deliverables, I like the focus and flexibility, it's great for process mining and everything is easy, I liked seeing the virtual components and it is simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a good solution and there is nothing wrong so far.

In general, my experience with IBM Process Mining has been positive, allowing us to better understand the weak points of the processes and thus analyze and improve, we were able to notice productivity and drastic change in the workflow.
Easy to develop and manage that helps manage tasks and processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features including root cause analysis and bottleneck identification, it's great for keeping and managing everything organized and error-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The could improve the data fragmentation processes a bit.

We use IBM Process Mining primarily to compress documents and identify process bottlenecks and also for development purposes.

Many a times a faced issue with croma extension, it is not working properly and I have to enable it again.

It helps to gain actionable user insights in real time and help to understand Pattens, Trends, and user behaviour.
