A necessary tool to collect process information using IBM Process Mining
What do you like best about the product?
I like IBM Process Mining because I can identify blockers and bottlenecks in the process. I like that it helps speed up processes quickly and verify, retrieve documents, and update process information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the visualization of the processes and change the integrated modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using IBM Process Mining to gain insight into our processes and improve estimate and decisions to achieve our goalsh, so far so good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is ideal for any company, I highly recommend it because it is easy to use.

IBM Process Mining daily data mining boost tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like this data mining tool that reduced my use of virtual wizards to recompile routine data, I like the approach and support it is part of the product and it always helped us a lot at the beginning of the implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some problems at first but support was able to fix them, the only problem so far is the buttons being hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are very impressed with this tool, we used it mainly for data scraping and saved hours of time-consuming work and were able to set up the workflow properly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a process mining tool, I highly recommend IBM products.
Low code process mining tool is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool to collect individual data and have a combined view of the processes. It's really good to get an idea of what's really going on and how the mining process works. I like the functionality to assess the conformance and compliance of a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collecting data from complex systems is sometimes difficult, that's the only drawback of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are satisfied with this product, it is excellent, powerful and easy to use and we were able to perform process mining analysis easily.

It's easy to use and you don't need to learn programming to use it. I recommend it to you.

user interface can be improved. few of the tools like celonis and UI path can be referred.

There is a scope for having more sets of process connectors for ready use. User interface can be improved by considering top products like Celonis

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent product that helps us with an end-to-end process visualization to determine bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our software development processes and a great analytical tool that provides us with data-driven insights to know the root cause of the deviation and effectively monitors all the processes to ensure that they are functioning as intended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about IBM Process Mining. Easy to use and user-friendly interface that allows easy manipulation. The implementation process was a smooth one and a very supportive team with responsive feedback and always available 24/7.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of Process mining from IBM is the seamless integration of the platform with other IBM services. We built use cases integrating data refinery and watson capability from IBM
What do you dislike about the product?
Process mining capabilities need improvement for discovery phase as with increased complexity of workflow it is hard to map all the possible ways to build optimized process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process optimization opportunities we were able to secure using IBM Process Mining. Also it helps to find the loopholes in existing process we didn't considered or were hindered.

The IBM process mining is a powerful technology that provides a lot of hidden insights and information which helps the senior leadership in decision making and strategy development. The process mining provides guides the business in which direction they should focus and quantifies the value addition or cost leakages.

The integration capability can be improved for all databases though at times the limitation is not from IBM end

Identifying the root causes in procurement and database migration. Quantifying the value addition with the What-if scenario analysis, strategy development and related tasks.

I like the tool because it's great for process mining and it's flexible when used, I like that it allows me to identify blockers and bugs in processes and thus makes it easier to identify automation potentials.

From my point of view, it is a good tool and at the moment I have no complaints.

It is used to simplify the task of analyzing processes by automating a specific process, we can analyze a set of data and tables and extract it in a simple way and thus capture it with a single click and reinforce the workforce.
