Very good platform to obtain information on business processes
What do you like best about the product?
IBM Process Mining creates what-if analyses that make it easy to determine changes in business processes, so I like being able to maintain continuous data flow mode and reveal trends and patterns in event log data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs improvements, for example, a better onboarding guide and a bit of a UI improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Process Mining is used for multiple reasons, monitoring, improving processes, discovering flaws in our system, and it all works fine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is adequate to be able to identify problems and optimize processes, I recommend it.

IBM Process Mining tool for real-time insights into detailed processes
What do you like best about the product?
IBM is the only one that has a variety of excellent software and is worth discovering, I liked having a detailed view of the processes and monitoring various maps and thus improving the performance of the processes is a great achievement, it is an effective tool that knows how to take advantage of withing our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have never had any problems with the software offered by IBM, so far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great software that has been useful to manage performance and obtain a clear and precise vision of the processes and thus obtain a total balance.

It is a great data mining solution that will help you a lot, I recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features we really like in IBM Process Mining is the data visualization algorithm and the way it generates all processes from our different departments in one place to simplify it for us to collect all the data we need is such a genius function, We also like the IBM's advanced Machine Learning engine they developed in Process Mining, It's capable to give us the predictions to find out if there will be any delay in that case or no and the reason why this could happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation really needs to be more clearer and detailed for the first-timers to help them get started without surfing the Internet for help, My team needed a lot of private-sessions to just get started/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use IBM Process Mining to make sure that our business operation processes are completely effective, Making it easy for us to detect data threats and performance issues with the insights we gain to easily get them fixed quickly and prevent them from happening again in the future, It's powering up our operation with incredible functions that led us to unexpected excellent successful outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
We are deeply in love with the power of IBM Process Mining machine learning-based engine and how it's able to provide us with predictions to know if that case is likely to be delayed or no and the main reasons why, We were able to act in the most difficult circumstances through the great amount of the detailed information we gained from the interactions between relevant data and process activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of us were too bad at the beginning because of the high level of complexity and the lack of onboarding guidance or the documentation at all, It needs more attention from the great support team of IBM, They were always there and I appreciate their help but better documentation means less support tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had so many troubles in extracting detailed insights from our different pathways until we found this tool, We were surprised with the amount of valuable information we were able to extract from our data and the fast growth we achieved after using IBM Process Mining, We were able to create and visualize an end-to-end process that includes all of the process activities along with all of our process pathways and that's how we succeed to improve our processes through the insights we gained from analyzing the processes we discovered.
Robust Process Monitoring and Data Analysis tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we are able now to professionally monitor our data and analyze everything quickly with full control over all our businesses process models and most of the marketing processes too, We became able to track all processes inside and outside the company with truly deep control over the flow of our processes and deeper insights of our performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to Big Data Management it's complex for new users and they need a better guidance than the documentation, They always turn to the techinical support team or to the community experts and thankfully IBM has a good community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using IBM Process Mining we had no method to get benefits from our business data the right way, Now we became able to monitor our business operation and get insightful analysis to enhance and improve our business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing is more powerful and capable of handling a lot of complex processes than IBM Process Mining. This exceptional solution provides us with a lot of features that help us improve the processes for our company and our clients. The team at IBM Process Mining is helpful, and they have been able to handle all of our requests, including upgrades and changes to the systems of our clients. We have been able to improve the performance of their operational processes in a magical way that enables us to cut operational expenditures while also improving our clients' workflows. They are now able to quickly respond to customer issues and concerns as well as customer feedback with fast reactions while the operation is running smoothly with reduced costs and saved money. This allows us to give them the superior service that they really deserve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during the implementation we encounter some obstacles with complex steps and configurations, but when we turn to the support they help us get over it, but it takes time. The dashboard is very user-friendly. However, they need to improve the user experience and the performance.

In the century of AI and ML, where businesses are constantly changing and developing their systems to meet the market requirements and to stay on top of the competition in the crowded international market, we have implemented IBM Process Mining for SMBs, enterprises, government institutions, and organizations, which has allowed us to have a real-time prespective of their processes and a deeper look into common bottlenecks and obstacles. We enable them to have a closer look at their performance with real-time monitoring and real-world data from their existing systems. Surprisingly, many of them were used to record information in spreadsheets and manually write reports, which was very time-consuming, not to mention inefficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is easy to use because it is an excellent tool and its user interface is intuitive. This software improves business processes with its technology and allows us to improve workflow and have the opportunity to grow in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problems with mapping a process and it took longer than expected, but it was the only problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data mining and harmonization of processes have improved a lot, especially analysis in some cases in the supply chain, and we have benefited a lot, and we can understand the complexity of some business processes.

It's easy to use and will help you drive process improvements.
Simple and clear tool for the management and analysis of processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like it for all its functions because it gives the opportunity to analyze the process that is within its reach and focus on specific non-standardized processes; I like it because I can make clear decisions about the problems we are facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser performance is limited, and parsing on individual activities can cause multiple loops, making it slow. But I definitely stick with this tool.

Time reduction and problem discovery in each process, and we have noticed a great improvement in the workflow.
