What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is easy to use because it is an excellent tool and its user interface is intuitive. This software improves business processes with its technology and allows us to improve workflow and have the opportunity to grow in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problems with mapping a process and it took longer than expected, but it was the only problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data mining and harmonization of processes have improved a lot, especially analysis in some cases in the supply chain, and we have benefited a lot, and we can understand the complexity of some business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it for all its functions because it gives the opportunity to analyze the process that is within its reach and focus on specific non-standardized processes; I like it because I can make clear decisions about the problems we are facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser performance is limited, and parsing on individual activities can cause multiple loops, making it slow. But I definitely stick with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time reduction and problem discovery in each process, and we have noticed a great improvement in the workflow.

I like the technical part of the tool; it is easy to navigate, and the data collection is very incredible, but its best feature is the process explorer, and the way to identify bottlenecks is excellent; I also liked that it is easy to use and that offers information that improves the work done.
