What do you like best about the product?
It is good because it makes work much easier thanks to data mining; we can guide current processes so that they are as firm as possible, and we can notice the efficiency and difference; due to IBM Process Mining, everything is on the right track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe you need some improvements in certain sections; I would also like the initial configuration to be much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a better way to deliver the data, and we can make sure that everything is ongoing within the companies and allows for simple analysis and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
We save time with this reliable data mining and analysis tool because it provides the necessary information and records of each transaction and the panels are excellent and informative, it is a tool that has reduced the time invested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are not that useful but it does not detrack from it, for now it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped a lot to improve processes with a good visualization of data in great depth, thus increasing productivity and improving work flow and is the best.

It is the perfect solution to keep track of particular processes and a very fluid initial deployment, the configuration was quite easy, I can say that it is the best process analysis and discovery tool that we have been able to find because it has helped us a lot.
