IBM Process Mining is the only and efficient way to digitize business processes in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that derives data efficiently and is easy to use and analyze, it has good features; and it tells us where the problems are to make decisions; I like that all the processes can be seen on a single screen and merge and create an analysis based on different interest groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics and presentation are good, but the interface seems outdated and there are other more modern tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been our helping hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly within the company, taking advantage of existing data and digital transformation and processes, labor and commercial flows, and guaranteeing that we are on the right track.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a better analysis of the processes, it is very useful, and it is capable of transforming our companies because it allows us to track the current processes inside and outside the company and thus be able to verify what is happening; the alerts are useful, concise and detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a very good tool for the mining process and the digital transformation, and I like it all.

Everything is going well now; we can track data and processes, and it gives us the details, and the cause and prediction based on the flow of data you enter make it easier to have a better analysis in general.
