IBM Process Mining is the only way to see processes and improve them in real time
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see the processes and improve; it is great because I can get a detailed view of the processes and draw maps to lead to better performance, and it also helps to monitor the efficiency and eradicate any problems and reduces the time needed to run our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all its features, and since now there have been no problems because everything works efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping monitoring processes from one end to the other and the experience has been incredible because it is the best data mining tool that we could implement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IBM Process Mining is a tool that allows you to perform a deep analysis in real-time, and you will have many very good functions such as notation and process mapping; I recommend it.

It's easy to manage and use, and I like the ease of use, its a reliable process mining tool, and it's amazing how to analyze business processes and know where to improve them.

I have no problems with that tool, and I like everything from the support to its functionalities.

The analysis of business processes has been improved, and everything flows very well, and we can perform process mining operations with ease, and it helps to optimize the processes with a deeper visualization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is good and efficient and simple, its features are good and it is easy to use, and it makes all the processes effective and tacking the data that way we can know what is going on in the process and the alerts are also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some experience to be able to use it, we also had problems and slow data extraction, and the dashboard sometimes shows details of processes without warnings.

We use it to maintain a complete balance between activities and improve the way we run business processes, and can be more organized.

I like it because it offers a complete dashboard that allows me to visualize the performance of processes in real-time, and because it provides process notation capabilities, it is very intuitive, and I like how the workflow works with what we face at work.

We have errors in the data capture from different sources, and sometimes it gives a problem and does not show complete information on the dashboard.

The first time requires a lot of training time, even so the initial setup was quite basic but requires tecnical knowledge, but everything is going very well for the moment.

The integration of IBM Process Mining was high-speed and efficient, since then, we have noticed that it is vital for our company to take advantage of the existing and relevant data for the current configuration of the processes in which we are working; and study the flows and obtain the secure information about all processes and avoid inconveniences.

Some drawbacks with the resources to power the system, and we were forced to speak with support.

It is useful for analysis, and it is surprising since the entire process flow can be observed and deepened much more in cases where we have processes that need to be improved, and in addition to being excellent, it is reliable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had problems with data coming and going, and it didn't seem normal, but support had the solution; also, the user interface needs to improve some of its functions.

We are using IBM Process Mining as it provides necessary analysis details and predictions based on the incoming data flow, and we are up to date with all processes and making sure processes are smooth.

I like its main feature that offers information on all the data in current processes and improves the agility of business processes; and drives innovation; I also like the user interface because it is intuitive; data logging is very useful for analyzing data quickly and be able to make correct decisions.

The graphics and presentation are good, but it looks a bit outdated and needs a good update with an overview of the process.

Excellent tool for data mining with this product everything is going very well; and we can manage our data for a long time and provide the details for the analysis of the cause and the prediction and recommendation based on the data flow that comes in and help to ensure that all this is ongoing within the company.
