What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly environment. Very straightforward and easy to use. I also like how our success manager continues to be communicative with out team whether for something small or big and how patient he is with our knowledge development especially with regards to the rules and machine learning rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to think of anything relevant to mention which I dislike about SEON
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON helps us monitor customers who may belong to fraud rings and try to open multiple accounts on our platform to abuse our services.
