I do not have any specific dislikes, maybe PolicyStudio that is a bit dated.

The cycle of certification of new base technologies for support could be a little bit faster

Centralize management of all our API’s related to internal and external business. This includes monitoring, auditing deployment, limitations, quotas.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how the Amplify Platform centralizes and governs integrations while staying open and easy to scale. The smooth developer and partner onboarding experience is a big plus. These features are valuable because they bring speed, control, and structure together in one place. Additionally, the initial setup is well supported and structured, making it more manageable even if it's not trivial.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the platform is strong overall, the areas of improvement are UX and administrative usability, as well the flexibility of features like subscription models and onboarding configuration. Also, less steps for onboarding, moving more towards 1 single step to onboarding.

Amplify Platform solves the problem of fragmented integration by providing a centralized, governed platform to expose, manage, and scale APIs. It brings speed, control, and structure together in one place, and offers a smooth developer and partner onboarding experience.

What do you like best about the product?

How easy it is to go from design to check to live with complete monitoring of your flows, but lately the AI gateway increments are great to connect an MCP server and use AI

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the limitations on public SaaS models where clients don t have freeeom to do private connectivity or other things like that

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speed of development thanks to the technical connectors it brings out of the shelf with Lo code no code and now with MCP servers

I use Amplify Platform to manage and deliver digital curriculum, and it helps keep everything organized in one place for teachers and students. I like how intuitive and easy it is to navigate, allowing me to quickly find lessons, assignments, and assessments without getting lost in menus. The interactive features are also a highlight, as they keep students engaged and make tracking their progress simple. It saves me a lot of time during class preparation by streamlining lesson delivery and makes it easier to track student progress and engagement.

occasional lag when loading large lesson modules or student data.

I use Amplify Platform to manage and deliver digital curriculum, keeping everything organized. It streamlines lesson delivery, saves time, and helps track student progress and engagement easily.

I like the vision behind the Amplify portfolio, its strong evolution over the last years, and the way Axway actively listens to and incorporates customer feedback.

In the past, recurring quality issues and fragmented integration between products such as Amplify Engage and Amplify API Management created unnecessary friction.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a large organization, Amplify provides a scalable foundation for APIs. It improves visibility, governance, and reuse, helping make APIs easier to find, access, and use across the enterprise.

Mature, stable product, well-suited for on-premise use, good support, clear roadmap

Requires some familiarization to operate it efficiently
