What do you like best about the product?
Amplify Platform is a game changer when it comes to streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency, ease of use, useful for sourcing companies and for organizations which focus on customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mm good question. I noticed that it is difficult to learn and not so easy to adapt, customization limitations, integration challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in streamlined workflows, enhanced collaboration, data-driven decision making, and automation is the main aspect which helps me a lot.
A positive Experience while Amplify Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It transforms large and complex data fastily and provides different observations based on data to users like risk management, billing and reporting etc. This simply the business and deliver exceptional client experience. Whichever firm and financial advisors need to understand their trading data this platform is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform still needs to upgrade to a level so that it can provide its services to large scale IBDs. I worked with a client that had a large scale IBDs ,they simply mentioned our data is so large and complex with getting updated every second and its sometimes get very difficult to manage that on this platform. They told that they very high performing systems to use this platform. If a system is of intel core i5 gen, then system gets hang as other tasks also runs in background.

Is helping me view the data is more simplified way and its easier to understand data with suggestions of risk management

API gateway and developer portal provides one of the best solution to manage API lifecycle, along with extensive security policies and ease of intergration with other compoments makes the product stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
With increasing knowledge base and user guides, it will be great to have better search functionality for the information a user is after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplify platform is helping our organization seamlessly integrate with multiple backends with little configuration changes. Also, the real time traffic monitoring is very effective in resolving PRD incidents. Dashboards provided within the portal help us gain insights on API usage, performance and other telemetries.

Cost and difficult to setup and understand initially.

During integration with client business systems, amplify Platform helps in easy integration to transfer data both inbound and outbound using various Rest APIs

good to use API management tool. Quick setup and pre-built UI components help a lot.

not sure how scalable it is. dependency on the AWS ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a developer I utilized it with backend serverless infrastructure development with GraphQl API, Rest APIs, and data storage with DynamoDB. The best thing is the end-to-end API lifecycle management feature.
