What do you like best about the product?
I like how Amplify Platform provides live traffic monitoring with detailed information, which is great for debugging and quickly identifying production issues, significantly reducing our time to recovery. I also appreciate the immense support from Axway during the product implementation and working with us to understand our vision and providing solution accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still learning about Embedded Analytics, sometimes it feels overwhelming with the info available and connecting dots. It was not that straight forward, but the Axway support made the implementation smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Amplify Platform to securely expose internal APIs externally and manage integrated API orchestrations. The live traffic monitoring helps debug and resolve issues quickly, significantly reducing our time to resolution. Product is loaded with multi-features allowing us to use it in different domains like hospitality and gaming.
