What do you like best about the product?

Elba is perfect for understaffed IT teams in fast growing organizations that have to deal with increasing security challenges.

Our internal IT resources are very limited… but we deal with increasing compliance challenges and elba helps us big time with the many automations it has.

We're really huge fan of automated remediations that are really easy to set up, with low maintenance and offer us a real peace of mind by solving issues that are not addressed by employees.

What do you dislike about the product?

We are always wanting for more integrations! But the team ships really fast and responded to our major request with the DLP features now live on Slack

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We know that users are the weak link, but that’s particularly true for us since we have many non technical employees (sales & customer success) that make a daily and heavy use of collaboration tools with tons of customers data. We need to monitor this risk and the comprehensive approach of elba perfectly fits our needs.
