What do you like best about the product?

Elba has contributed greatly to the preparation of our ISO27001 audit, and on a large scope of controls, thanks to it's all-in-one approach.

First, the solution made it very easy to map our assets across our entire SaaS stack, be it data shared externally or non-human identities such third-party apps.

Then, we were able to use data from security awareness modules to comply with ISO27001 controls.

We really enjoy having a solution that consolidate a lot of user security processes, so both end-users and IT teams avoid juggling with multiple tools.

Finally, the administration interface is really easy to use and in a matter of seconds you get the proper information to do your security job and ensure that everyone is on track with the security strategy and goals.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing, all of our team members (technical and none technical) like Elba and give really good feebacks about it.
Moreover, the dedicated Slack support channel is really reactive, and Elba team is attentive to our needs with regular interviews regarding the product development.
We all are looking forward for the new features in coming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being a regulated financial company, we have both security and compliance challenges so we need to address the many aspects of user risk. We were looking for a solution that goes beyond security awareness and elba all-in-one approach made total sense to us.
