What do you like best about the product?
Playroll is easy to use, beginner friendly which made on-boarding stress free!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is not having definition for some terms, especially on the bank details. It would've been helpful if there's a description on what it looks like or where to get the information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll helps new hires to organize their pre-employment documents by utilizing user-friendly interface and forms. It also makes all necessary documents accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service accommodations and communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, everything seems to be smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll helps with preemployment requirements and ensures that problems are solved as fast and simply as possible.

The platform is easy to use, with a streamlined interface. Onboarding was straightforward and easy.

I didn't have any issues with the onboarding process, and their team was helpful,available and communicative as I made progress.

Smooth, User-Friendly Platform With Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Playroll is how user-friendly the UI/UX is. The platform is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, making every step very simple to digest. Despite the straightforward interface, the support team remains extremely hands-on and accommodating—they respond quickly, explain clearly, and make sure all my questions are addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have major concerns, but it would be great if some of the blank or less-detailed segments on the dashboard or profile page could include brief tutorials or examples. Having visual guides in those areas would make it even easier to understand what needs to be filled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll makes administrative updates—such as managing or changing bank details—much more convenient. It simplifies processes that would otherwise require manual coordination, saving both time and effort.
Proactive and Detailed Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Playroll's clear and detailed explanations. The platform proactively answers questions I may not have even thought to ask, which has been extremely helpful throughout the process. I also value its responsiveness and the smooth, easy setup experience. In addition, the ability to apply for leave and easily check my balances and salary information makes managing my work life much more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Playroll at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Playroll provides detailed explanations during onboarding, answers unasked questions, and helps manage leave and salary information.

What do you like best about the product?
Very communicative and always seeking ways to enhance their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visa process is somewhat disorganized, but they are making efforts to improve it.

Hiring employees in multiple countries has helped us expand our business.
Great Design, But Needs Bug Fixes
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite better int terms of look&feel than others I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs during my website tour, e.g. one step of the auto tour did not check off even when completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating everything via email is not good for registering the information properly, and this is proper.
Helpful and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely intuitive once you have been lead through its features with the development team happy to listen to feedback on quality of life improvements. The dedicated teams are also very helpful and always on hand to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support function could use some work, there are more issues specifically with locations where Playroll are not set up directly - which is more understandable. You can at times be waiting for a while to get feedback on simple requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work over a range of locations and Playroll has really been able to give us comfort in hiring in difficult locations where we wouldn't necessarily feel confident to hire through other partners
Exceptional Support and Effortless Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Playroll have always been exceptional, they were quick, attentive and understood my needs. The platform itself does what it needs to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX is a bit old school / how it interacts BUT it does everything you need and is just easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Playroll’s excellent and responsive customer service. Their team is willing to go the extra mile, offering detailed expertise in country-specific compliance, which is incredibly beneficial for hiring a global workforce. The people I work with at Playroll are not just helpful and understanding but also take the time to develop genuine relationships, providing personalized support. This has been particularly valuable for me as a British person living in Italy and employed by a US company, which presents a complex employment situation. I know I can always rely on them for a prompt and helpful response to my needs. Additionally, the initial setup with Playroll was very easy, taking only a week to manage, and this seamless integration has been a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tech support is the weakest team and they could coordinate better with the customer success managers to provide a smoother, more tailored experience. There could be better communication if they had a small memo about the case file so they were informed. When dealing with non-routine requests, solutions can take a while, although they are generally responsive and keep you in the loop. This is a very minor criticism.

I use Playroll for hiring a global workforce, benefiting from excellent customer service and expertise in country-specific compliance. Their supportive staff resolve complex situations promptly and helpfully.
