Hypertrack Review
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful and Not so difficult to navigate. Easy to understand

I can't think of anything I dislike when using the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track the location of the professional we are assisting with regards to their scheduled shifts
HyperTrack is a convenient tracking system for all industries. It is the best tracking system ever.
What do you like best about the product?
It is mainly used to keep everything recorded for an unlimited amount of time and also has features.
What do you dislike about the product?
"I'm not a big fan of the high pricing, but everything else is good."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in field service management, making it easier for workers in the field and those deployed. It also assists in route planning and management for work.

What do you like best about the product?
HyperTrack assists businesses in automating workflows for technicians in the field. They also offers solutions that empower developers to build on-demand apps for various use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hypertrack crashes if a user disables the geo location feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to identify issues before the customer does and by using hyper track it triggers workflows at the right time so I can improve customer experiences.
Job Tracking system
What do you like best about the product?
The basic and normal every step tracking of your job about how its done, which stage it is currently and what would be your next steps going ahead. Super easy to understand, super good to implement and good no of features about the tracking systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not so good may be you can change it in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hypertrack using is super good, super easy, easy tracking systems embedded in it.

Easy to use app. Accuracy of tracking. Integration to CRM software.

Battery usage is on the higher side.....

Helps to measure the effort by the sales person tracking the visits. Makes it easy to cross check expense claims..
Good from Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
1) Easy User Interface.
2) Good for Tracking as per Business perspective, and Expenses can be tracked easily.
3) Various Analytical Reports can be created for stakeholders.

The website can be a little fast, and once the Users changes his or her devices The Admin user should can notification

Make live tracking easy
What do you like best about the product?
One can monitor live tracking of the team with accurate time and distance, which helps in increasing productivity and revenue. It also features maps with the shortest distance.

Provide features if one can upload images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were unable to determine if actual visits were occurring, but with HyperTrack, we receive the route with time and geofence location, which indicates when the field team entered the geofence.
Provides practical solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Hypertrack API's have provided practical solutions to the service that we provide our clients, namely sending driver (vehicle ) tracking links to the employees receiving cab service, live tracking by the transport admin, trip kilometers count, the path traversed etc. Hypertrack has greatly assisted us to be competitive in the market due to the discounted pricing that was provided to us even before we signed an official contract with them. The tech team assisted our I.T. team during the initial integration of their API's in our software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we have encountered is while making payments towards the Hypertrack invoices because they do not have a permanent establishment in India.

Operationally, very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
As the Operations Manager, my major concern is the location where the employee boards or alights the cab, the time when the cab reaches the employee's location to pick them, to bring to the client's office, the time when the cab reaches the client's office location and departs that location to drop the employees. Due to the geofencing of the employees' pickup, and drop locations and geofencing of the clients' office locations, the exact time when the cabs reach these locations is recorded, thereby saving our operations the penalties that the client levies. Any deviation in the location where the employee boards or alights is highlighted due to Hypertrack.

There is nothing that we have come across yet.
