Highly Secure File Transfers with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's highly secure way of transferring the files and it's very user friendly interface to design workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
It's cost is bit high compare with other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am receiving order files from multiple vendors which need to be processed in our internal system, security of files is very important. GoAnywhere is doing a fantastic job in this process.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about MFT File transfer is that easy to use and the featured interface with good UI is the best part and also have an automation feature and a large file transfer that is too good for our organization
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing in MFT, overall, all the options are used by our team for me there is no just thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some important and needed problem is large file transferring in a 100 plus organization like ours some client call recoding's, demos, featured videos from internal team have a duration of more than 1hr so this is a large file this problem is solved by MFT and some automation features are good for internal activites
It's reliable file transfers for daily business operations
What do you like best about the product?
The most notable fact is that GoAnywhere MFT is helping to facilitate our business procedures when nobody notices. I also have a liking of the manner in which it interoperates with our ERP and partners to ensure that files continue moving without human intervention. Implementation is something that fits our environment and the usability is facilitating the involvement of novice members of the team. The features are also enough, and I do not have to use additional tools, making my work easier each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is something I dislike about GoAnywhere MFT and it is outdated and more of a slow navigation. There are features that are strong and are not readily available, something that affects my productivity on hectic days. More complex workflows require more time than anticipated to implement, increasing additional time to testing. Customer support is useful when problems arise, and in the meantime, I may be interrupted in my regular use frequency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GoAnywhere MFT is a solution to poor and manual file transfers. It stores data with ease in one system to the other without being monitored. Connection to our ERP and partner platforms is saving me hours per week. The implementation minimized the errors affecting the entire team and the fact that it is easy to use minimizes errors. It has enhanced teamwork and allows us to concentrate on the real work rather than on the lost files.

I appreciate that this is an outstanding product featuring advanced technology, which has seamlessly replaced many of our old scripts and scheduled tasks. The user interface is straightforward, and the menus are simple to navigate. Additionally, it utilizes the most up-to-date data translation methods.

I have no complaints; its functionality has surpassed my expectations. It fits exactly what our organization needed and has played a crucial role in developing applications that require communication with external web servers.

This platform provides solutions that accommodate a variety of workflows, supporting both customer service and business operations. We were able to establish encrypted communications rapidly, even though we lacked dedicated in-house personnel for this task.

The UI can feel a little heavy when advanced troubleshooting and complex workflows sometimes require deeper and granular configurations than expected. Also, improved performance visibility and easier version controls for workflows would make it more efficient in large, multi-customer environments.

Versatile Protocol Support and Seamless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I has a wide range of protocol supports which make it an ideal choice when you are suppose to connect with multiple external systems. We have an option to automate the repetitive file upload case.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes more time than expected in processing files.

We are getting files stores meta data from multiple retailers daily which we need to keep secure and process it centrally

I would appreciate the addition of a dedicated technical support role, as issues can sometimes escalate if not addressed promptly. I have encountered errors that have blocked access, and I believe the administration interface could benefit from offering more options.

We use it extensively to automatically send data files, it provides us with the perfect automation tool. It has proven to be a highly adaptable file transfer tool, is easy to use, and guarantees data protection.
Extensive Protocol Support Makes Integration a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I likes it's supported protocol which gives an edge, It supports SFTP, FTPS, AS2, PeSIT, SCP, AS3/AS4 and some others. It gives an edge to connect with any other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is a complex tool so it is a steep learning curve for any new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my Hospital management software we are storing patients confidential reports at centerlised palce using GoAnywhere MFT, so that my other systems can also access it securely.

What do you like best about the product?
GoAnywhere MFT covers a great scope of automated file transfer scenarios and is very flexible and customizable. The capabilities for configuring processes, monitoring are very effective, and the process logs are highly useful when auditing. It is currently our main tool for process automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found it challenging to get answers to questions such as, "How many of my automations are using the same folder path?" I believe the product could benefit from enhanced reporting capabilities in its core version.
