This ongoing process of enhancement highlights a strong commitment to continually refining and upgrading the platform's functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating Data Subject Requests, which were previously handled manually, has provided the greatest return on our investment. Additionally, the capability to locate personal data within our data systems has proven invaluable whenever the company undertakes discovery efforts.

Great support and easy-to-use solution. Nice documentation and support for integrating with multiple platforms. The solution offers excellent features for data discovery and classification of unstructured data.

Initially, implementation was not so successful, but the success manager was great at involving the right people quickly to fix issues.

Data discovery, inventory, and labeling for unstructured and structured data. Data security posture assessment and remediation.

Customizable. Support team for install, build, modification, training has been top notch. Integration and implementation into environment was not overly complicated. Once understand the functions of the console, it is easy to learn and make changes. We use this product nearly every day to manage our privacy needs.

Building workflows appears complicated and not something one can build or modify on your own. I've used another product where creating and modifying a workflow was more intuitive. Having said that, I think this product has greater capacity for features/modifications than others I've used in the past.

DSAR management, cookie management, opt outs/do not sell/share, future state to automate DSAR. The benefit is that I have one place to manage these functions and can utilize customizable forms and workflows to manage this work.

Nowadays, we are in an international environment, so the rules are not the same in the United States as in Europe. It is important to have an agreement with the customer to process the data.
What needs improvement?
I would say to enhance everything because security is becoming more critical. From a human user point of view, it is essential to be aware of the regulation. It is important to optimize security measures and automate as much as possible. Employees must also be aware of the regulations.

I have been working with Securiti for many years, more than ten.
What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
The deployment process is progressive and does not finish. You start with a base, but then you build building blocks. I did not deploy the software, but I was in charge of sharing the importance of security with stakeholders.
