A global payments solution
What do you like best about the product?
Niural has been a game-changer for me.
The Timesheet and PTO modules have truly been lifesavers, making day-to-day tracking effortless.
I also appreciate the clean, intuitive interface for managing paystubs and invoices.
Its payments module is likely the most thought out feature— from notifying me when a payment is processed to giving clear timelines and organizing my paystubs afterward. It’s efficient, transparent, and just works.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike from the application, most things are well thoughout and they are innovating on improvements every now and then which is more that one could ask for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Niural is solving global payments, invoice management, and provides HRIS tools for me, its really beneficial to have all my contracts, documents and paystubs managed at a same platform. Also it generates invoices on my timesheets and provides a intuitive UI to make this easy for me.

Niural has truly transformed how we manage global payroll and compliance. Instead of juggling multiple systems, we now have everything we need—payroll, agreements, benefits, and contractor management—consolidated in one seamless, intuitive platform. The AI-driven automation handles the tedious processes, freeing us up to focus on building and scaling the team. The interface is very user-friendly and makes onboarding new team members incredibly smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few occasional quirks when adjusting pay cycles or handling non-standard contract changes, which sometimes require reaching out to support. Thankfully, the team (especially Shawn!) is always responsive and quick to assist.
Overall, if you're looking for an all-in-one solution to simplify and streamline managing a global workforce, Niural is absolutely worth exploring!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Niural is solving several key challenges for us around managing a distributed global workforce.
Before using Niural, handling payroll, compliance, contracts, and benefits across multiple countries required juggling several tools, manual processes, and a lot of back-and-forth with legal and finance teams. This was time-consuming and prone to errors.
The benefits for us:
Centralization: Everything is now in one platform—contracts, payroll, benefits, compliance tracking—making it much easier to manage and monitor.
Automation: Many manual, repetitive tasks are automated, which saves significant time each month (especially around payroll runs).
Compliance: Helps us stay compliant with local employment laws and tax regulations without having to do tons of research ourselves.
Scalability: As our team grows in different countries, onboarding new contractors or employees is much faster and smoother.
Overall, Niural has allowed our operations and HR team to focus less on admin and more on supporting team growth and productivity.

We've had a great experience with Niural
What do you like best about the product?
Niural has been amazing to work with. They always respond very promptly and have solved any questions or problems I've had. The platform is also easier for our contractors and me to use than previous solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never had any problems with the platform, but the UX is still a little rough around the edges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Niural provides my contractor agreements, payments, and reimbursements. The payments and reimbursements save me a lot of time compared to when I was doing it manually.

The Niural team has been quick to respond and has assisted my team and I in obtaining much better health and benefits coverage than we were getting via competitors.

As a relatively new company in the space, the featureset is not quite as broad as other options, but I'm sure this will improve with time.

Niural is a PEO that provides payroll, co-employment, and Employer of Record services.
Using their services we are able to pay our permanent employees and provide health coverage and other benefits.

I love working with Niural's team because of their quick and personalized attention compared to the larger EORs. Functionality is perfect. Support is perfect. Pricing is competitive.

Nothing. Everything has been fantastic as a customer.
