What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, good UI, support is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little customization. Feel I have to constantly export and use excel or R to get numbers I need. Can be a bit pricey depending on size of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, transaction management, creating payroll reports, tracking activity and performance.

Revolutionized Our Sales Tracking Effortlessly

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sisu for tracking, which is the most important system for us. It helps with tracking our sales, transaction management, volume, and contests. I particularly like tracking my conversations and appointments as well as volume. I find it valuable because I can see the conversion of dials to conversations to closings. The transaction management aspect is something I love as well. It's been excellent for our business, eliminating the need to track on spreadsheets, and the initial setup was very easy!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things don't integrate over from Follow Up Boss. Occasionally, we will add an appointment met or something, and it won't register correctly, but this is rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sisu for tracking sales, transaction management, volume, and contests. I love seeing the conversion from dials to conversations to closings. Its tracking of conversations, appointments, and volume is invaluable, moving us away from spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisu is easy to navigate and customize to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm honestly not sure if there are any downsides!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisu gives a clear snapshot of our organization's business and it's very easy to see exactly where we are as a company as well as each team member. I can go into individual deals and check on the status and view what has been done, what tasks are overdue, and even create new tasks as the need develops.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the task and transaction management of SISU. And the integrations with our CRM, definitely helps keep track of conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed anything in the last 6 months that I'd say is missing. Functionality is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transaction management is so much easier with SISU, having the task lists customized and keeping me more productive at work, and more efficient in my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't say it is just 1 thing, but the combination of all the benefits of Sisu. Business Intelligence for the Real Estate business has been missing. Setting Goals, Tracking activities, task management to reach those goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agent accountability, gamification of the metrics we want to improve, and task management.

Intergrations and customer service is absolutely amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not liking having to enter all our tasks on this front end but know once it is there it will be so much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The intergrations is the biggest benefit to me at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps great track of my records for me, I like that I can go back in anytime and change what need be!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, it is one of my favorites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping track of my dials, and I was getting tired of writing it down all of the time.
