What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that the app is always renewing itself, reusability is one of the best feature, conferrable UI and low-code implementation for complicated processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when new features arrive on an existing connection, it interrupts or fails old integrations and requires their update without notice. (happened to me in query steps mostly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has made the transfer between one app to another quite easy, no matter how mush configuration is needed before posting the data in the endpoint.
