What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Branch for over five years, and it has been an indispensable tool for our mobile measurement needs. The platform's robust features and seamless integration capabilities have significantly enhanced our ability to track and analyze user engagement. The support team is always responsive and helpful, making the overall experience even better. I highly recommend Branch to anyone looking for a reliable and comprehensive mobile measurement partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Branch offers excellent features, one area that could use improvement is the implementation process. I found it quite challenging and time-consuming to set up initially. The documentation, although comprehensive, can be overwhelming for those who are not as technically inclined. Simplifying the setup process would make the platform even more accessible and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
