What do you like best about the product?
The file transfer tracking is good of this tool, I can see what was sent, when, and to who. It supports SFTP and other secure protocols, which we need for compliance in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works fine, but UI can be improved of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have to worry about sending files late or missing a step. We can audit logs for security, which is best part of GoAnywhere MFT. I can track each and everything in the tool.
