Convert from perpetual to subscription and increase the price
What do you like best about the product?
Software works well, easy to use, good customer support, integrates well with our IBM i.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are requiring us to convert our perpetual license to a subscription license and doubling the price of our annual maintenance for the subscription fee.
