Fast, Responsive Support, New Features for Stronger Risk Controls
What do you like best about the product?
Client Support and speed of resolving issues. Recently team also doing great work creating features that will enhance our financial crime risk controls and improve operations such as Agentic AI and other enhancements to MESH
What do you dislike about the product?
Design of Governance Reports and Analytics can be sometimes challenging and not fit for purpose. However, working with Comply team who have been positive about helping with improvements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of Agentic AI for productivity gain. Some governance reporting. Development of screening tools and keeping up with new industry and regulatory changes. This makes life a lot easier and means I can concentrate on other priorities as a Senior manager whilst benefiting from improvement in operational effectiveness from the upgrades and management from COMPLY.
Innovative and Promising, but Enhancements Take Too Long
What do you like best about the product?
The upside is that this is a new and innovative program, and it can be improved and enhanced in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some enhancements are taking forever to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of problems like TM, PS, and MESH, but for regulators’ and auditors’ purposes we still end up working around issues because the specific data isn’t captured in our reports.
Peace of Mind with Robust Screening
What do you like best about the product?
I like that ComplyAdvantage is easy to use and allows searching using additional information like date of birth and country, which saves us time by ruling out unnecessary matches. The fuzziness function works well, and the layout is user-friendly. The filter options are helpful for finding specific cases, and it's convenient that it can be referred directly to a team member in a different department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the articles or links linked to the matches don't work, which can be frustrating as you have to try and find it on open sources to rule it out. Maybe it should include more sources because sometimes there may only be one article link on ComplyAdvantage, but when you Google part of a sentence, you find more articles related to that same case. Another thing is that the link to a specific case doesn't always take you to that case; it just takes you to the general page, and you have to research using the number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ComplyAdvantage for screening potential clients, which puts our minds at ease about onboarding. The platform's easy search with date of birth and country saves time by reducing unnecessary matches.
Streamlines Sanctions Screening and KYC with Confidence
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to check whether a prospect is on a sanctions list, which will definitely help with screening and KYC.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better if it had a larger database of sanctioned Asian individuals.

It screens sanctioned individuals and entities, which helps me stay compliant with regulations.

Comply Advantage reports are really useful for preparing meaningful Management Information for managament meetings.

Initial configuration and rule tuning can be time-consuming

Exceptional Support and Ease of Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that ComplyAdvantage and its vendor really stand out. They're easy to deal with and I have confidence in both the system and the people, which eases some of the concerns I have day to day. I like the whole company, the culture, support, and professionalism. They're so easy to deal with and supportive; whenever I have an issue or need support, they come back quickly and are always so willing to help. The initial setup was really easy; the team is like a well-oiled machine when dealing with system migrations.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the screening hits are distinguished and makes it very user friendly, also the way we are able to assign it to each team

The fact that we cannot modify our own comments or delete them

Screening clients for payments is really important part of our regulatory obligations and the fact that it's so user friendly it also helps us abide by our obligations
Eases Compliance with Minimal Effort

I find ComplyAdvantage easy to use and navigate. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we search something we have already searched for, I would like ComplyAdvantage to alert me of this. As of now, it creates a duplicate search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ComplyAdvantage for KYB and KYC screening, and ongoing monitoring. It helps us stay compliant.
Easy UI and Great Team, But Too Many False Positives to Manage
