Mobile Application, automation of investigation and decision making, "threading" of multiple messags, Awareness/Training Phishing Campaigns

What do you dislike about the product?

Feature requests, specific customization for specific tailored needs, Inability to reside in several places architentualy like other platforms(Default MX for example)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Investigations are decided automatically by the system, and flags out anything that might require fine tuninig or anomalies. The mobile application helps in making a decision right 'here' and 'now'. This is very helpful instead of relaying it to specific security teams within the organization. The daily report helps users understand what is quarantined/blocked, etc'. In one word, automation. The phishing campains helps with annual training and education.
