Feature requests, specific customization for tailored needs, inability to reside in multiple places architecturally like other platforms (Default MX for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Investigations are decided automatically by the system, and flags out anything that might require fine tuning or anomalies. The mobile application helps in making a decision right 'here' and 'now'. This is very helpful instead of relaying it to specific security teams within the organization. The daily report helps users understand what is quarantined/blocked, etc. In one word, automation. The phishing campaigns help with annual training and education.
